Cutie Mark: Three leaping fish. Skimmer got her cutie mark when she had an accident that knocked her out of the sky. Even though she was afraid of heights and couldn't keep up with the other pegasi keeping the skies clear, she learned she was faster than any of them when skimming across the water. After that she took to the water like a fish.

Personality: Despite having wings, she doesn't care much for heights. Tends to be pretty laid back. When she isn't skimming or swimming you can find her sunning or collecting seashells. She's sort of a beach bum. Her job is gathering kelp and algae. Smelly work, but wither her hooves in the surf, she doesn't mind.

Backstory: Even though she's at home on the beach, Surf Skimmer has decided to hoof it around Equestria for a while and see what else is out there.
