Appearance: He is a brown pegasus with a a dark green mane highlighted with a lighter green. His cuite mark is that of a thunder cloud with a bolt of lightening and rain.

Personality: If he can do it later, then that is when he will do it. He is laid back and never takes anything to seriously. Though in charge of scheduling storms and there intensity he takes a casual view of the importance of his job.

Backstory: Tempest was a young pony when he first found his way into the weather making station of Cloudsdale, it was upon that first visit that Ponyville would be slammed with one of the worst storms it ever experienced. The little pony had inadvertently hit a wrong lever unleashing it upon the city bellow. Then two years later on a field trip he was once again responsible for a storm that spawned tornados. Fearing if this ponies curiosity went unchecked Ponyville woud suffer he was taught the importance of weather and taken in for special study. <br /><br />Now Tempest is tasked with watching weather in uncontrolled areas and making the storms for the cities of Equestria.
