Backstory: Jet Blackblade was a prodigy much like Silver Sword. He was once a noble knight too. He underwent the most hellish military training imaginable. The kind of training that would've broken a normal stallion both physically and mentally. He trained in both the hottest and coldest environments and tied weights to his body and ran marathons every evening. He did countless practice swings with his sword. The results of his training were amazing. Nopony else in Knight School could even stand up to him. But he didn't stop there. He wanted power at any cost. Even if it meant being consumed by evil. He made a deal with the ruler of Tartarus himself and sold his soul to him via a contract in an appeal for power. Thus he donned his black armor and his blade The Sword of Impurity.
