Cutie Mark: Represents his love and skill for controlling clouds in the sky, and his ability to make rainclouds. He received his cutie mark when he was challenged to clear the sky faster than another pony. He won the challenge by moving the clouds in the sky to distract his opponent. He transformed some clouds into rainclouds making them harder to dissipate, then rounded all the rainclouds up with a mini vortex. After they were all gathered up he condensed the clouds togethergether by spinning the clouds causing them to drain of any water in them. Doing this caused him to win by a landslide and the great honor of receiving his cutie mark.<br />

Personality: Shy, timid, can't bring himself to talk to other ponies in a group. Kind of awkward most of the time, doesn't know what to say at times and he freezes up if put in the spotlight. Mostly stays to himself, but if somepony offers friendship he does his best to be friendly. He is very loyal to friends if he makes any, and will stand behind them no matter what.<br />

Backstory: As a filly Thunder never had any friends, due to his quite behavior. He was often made fun of for being a blank flank, He was one of the last fillies in his class to get his cutie mark. Thunder never took much thought to the bullies, he knew they were just trying to act tough and cool. In class he had ok grades but struggled at taking written tests. He was much better at hooves on tasks and tests. He was a very advanced flyer for his age but never would show off his skills. Most of the time he would request to take flying tests at separate times so only the teachers would see him flying. Only a select few ponies ever saw him fly, but the ones who did would spread rumors that he couldn't even fly. Thunder could have easily have been the best flyer in his grade but he hated to show off and be put in the spotlight. He found it better to just ignore them over time, but because of their insults his confidence was greatly diminished. High school was a little better for Thunder but he couldn't keep any friends he made because he moved so much. <br /> Thunder's home was destroyed by a rouge tornado that was accidently made at the cloud factory in cloudsdale. He narrowly escaped with his life himself, his father wasn't so fortunate though..He was trapped under a piece of debre from the tornado, and was unable to escape before the tornado ripped the house apart. This caused him his mom, sister, and brother to have to move to a cheaper residence. It was hard for Thunders mom to keep up on the rent so that resulted in them moving more. This continued for a few years until Thunder finished school, and decided it was time to find himself a place of his own. Thunder looked around a lot for a new home, but he didn't have much money. After a while of searching through a newspaper he came upon a small town by the name of Ponyville, their was a job opening part time for weather control. Given his skills he got the job easily and it had a fairly good pay. He wasn't getting much but it was a lot more than he was used to. He stayed at a motel for a few weeks until he made enough money to get a small house. The house needed a lot of work, but it was secluded on the outside of the town which Thunder liked.
