Appearance: Thunderstreak is a red pegasus with a white/blue mane, and white/blue tail. He has dark golden eyes, one of them being a prosthetic, and freckles on this nose. His hooves are shaved revealing his skin.

Cutie Mark: Thunderstreak's cutie mark is a blue book inside a thunderstorm. Thunderstreak is a talented writer, and lover of adventure. The book represents his writing skills, and the thunderstorm represents intense adventures that Thunderstreak can't get enough of.

Personality: You can usually find Thunderstreak smiling. He is a very kind, funny and loving pony. Which is odd for a pony involved so much in the military. Even in times of hardship, he never looses his temper.

Backstory: The story below is based on RP over the last 2 years. <br /><br /><br />Thunderstreak was born on the edge of the Everfree Forest. He was raised in cloudsdale, but later moved to the small town Ponyville after he got a job as a town Journalist. He befriended a White earth pony, and a blue pegasus. Many adventures took place between the three of them, and their friendship was inseparable. However after an adventure that nearly took all their lives, nothing was the same. Drama ensued between them. Instead of getting better, it just got more and more intense.<br /><br />The three friends had become enemies, wanting nothing to do with each other. Rumors started to spread, and soon Thunderstreak lost his job as a journalist. He lost his house, belongings, everything. He was homeless. An old friend of Thunderstreak, a yellow pegasus named Spitfire, heard about his ordeal, and offered him an office job at the Wonderbolt Academy. Thunderstreak gladly took it. <br /><br />Over the next year, Thunderstreak quickly rose up through the ranks. Basically he found what he was meant to do. Not long after the start of the Wonderbolt/Shadowbolt war. Thunderstreak was promoted to 1iC of the Wonderbolt Aerial Defense squadron. A highly trained group of pegasi trained to fight. <br /><br />In the largest and final battle between The Wonderbolts, and Shadowbolts, Thunderstreak was shot with an arrow in his right eye. Causing him to nearly loose his life. Waking up three days later, he learned that the war was over, and the Shadowbolts had surrendered.<br /><br />However, due to the unfortunate event of loosing his eye. Thunderstreak did not have good enough vision for aerial defense. His time as a leader, had ended. Not long after this event he got an invitation directly from Canterlot offering him a job in Royal Defense management. With a heavy heart, Thunderstreak took the job. Saying goodbye to his Wonderbolt friends he’d gotten to know so well. <br /><br />A few months working in Canterlot, Thunderstreak was absolutely miserable. But why? He was rich, semi-famous, and had one of the most important jobs in all of Equestria. <br /><br />It just wasn’t where he belonged. Thunderstreak had an urge for adventure and leadership. He wanted to explore the world more than anything. After a lot of thought, he resigned directly to the princesses. Thunderstreak packed his bags and said goodbye to Canterlot.<br /><br /><br />Whatever happens next has not been played out in RP yet.
