Appearance: <p> Appearance: Toby is an eight year old childe with short brown hair that is in the form of a bowl cut, but it has the texture of silk. He has forest green eyes which he wears a pair of small, thin rimmed black glasses over. His usual attire is that of a red small hoodie, blue jogging pants, and red sneakers in the brand of converse sneakers.<br /><br /> The picture was done by a great friend of mine, and a great artist and writer, Kevin. Personality: <p> He has a heart of gold, treating everyone around him with love, tenderness, care, respect, and friendship. He is liable though to get very emotional while talking about his mother, Ashley. Also, he is very loyal, and won't mind doing anything a friend or one of his family members may ask him to do. </p>

Backstory: <p> Born of the parents, Ashley & James Mason, Toby has always possessed a heart of gold, which was a cherished by his parents, especially Ashley. However, a tragic car accident took the life of Ashley when she was on her way to pick up her son from school. The loss struck both Toby and his father heavily, but unfortunately it turned James in an unforeseen "monster" who started to be verbally abusive toward his own son. <br /><br /> James turned to alcohol to soothe his pain after the loss of his wife, but in turn had become horrible toward Toby. Never did he hit him physically, but he would call his own son names such as brat, baby, but the most hurtful thing that broke Toby's heart the most was when James blamed him for the death of Ashley. After that moment, that is when Toby decided to make a wish upon a star to be taken to a world where he was treated with love and care, the same that his mother treated him with.<br /><br /> During his slumber that same night, he was taken from his home in the form of magic, and taken into the world of Equestria. He was discovered by Fluttershy, and in time he was introduced to her friends, the Cutie Mark Crusaders, Spike, Princess Celestia, Princess Luna, and many others. Soon they all became his new family, and he finally had a new home.<br />   </p>
