Personality: Toodle Flipsy loves fun. And excitement. And friends. She is scatterbrained and a little random, but very loyal and caring. She can get excited about prety much anything ("Yay, waffles!") if she wants to, but does have her pensive moments.

Backstory: Toodle Flipsy lives in Romaris and never knew her parents. She was abandoned by the side of the road one night as a newborn. The owner of an orphanage took her in and raised her, but Toodles (as she's sometimes called) that this caring pony wasn't her birth parent. She eventually hid her sorrows under a surface of happiness and optomism. "Things could get worse" she always mentally told herself. She was never truelly happy, however, until she met Novel Writer. Novel was her first and only friend, and they had good times together. Letting her friend test on her always made Toodle Flipsy feel useful, like she had a purpose. She was made even happier when she met Lightning Crackle, her second friend. Together, the three fillies formed the Cutie Mark Marauders.
