Cutie Mark: (Have you ever seen the "Kingdom hearts" logo?)<br /><br />A frozen heart outline that symbolizes his talent for creating snow and hail.<br /><br />It also symbolizes his cold and sometimes even apathetic attitude towards strangers paralleled by his cheerful hearty response to being around friends.<br />----------

Personality: Despite what his shaggy appearance might suggest, Starstream is a fairly cowardly pony. The ragged state of his mane and tail are a result of his laziness and his unwillingness to groom himself rather than any sort of wild exploits.<br /><br />Starstream rarely cares for walking or flying and can be generally be found floating around on clouds. He loves to hang around with friends and will get noticeably more exited for physical exercise around the ponies he knows.<br /><br />When interacting with ponies he doesn't know, it's safe to assume he won't be the first to talk.<br /><br />Occasionally he tends to act childish and immature, this occurrence often solves itself when he's called out on it though.<br />----------

Backstory: Toushitei Heartlocke immigrated to Ponyville due to some "inconveniences" at his hometown. Before leaving his previous home in Neighpon, he and one of them dyed their tails as mementos. He also received a parting gift from another one of his friends to aid his lazy habits, a small portable cloud which can expand to create a resting platform for pegasi.<br /><br />Having spent a few months in this new country he has chosen to "lend" one of his friends' names because of the Equestria's residents' constant mispronouncing his of own name (and for one other, more personal reason).<br />----------
