Appearance: White coat, with blonde and orange hair, obviously a pegasus, fluffy-like tail that is also yellow but with an orange tip

Personality: He has multi-personalities, his average one (Tri-Dart) is the image at the top of this reply, his shy, or bashful personality (Bi-Dart) is, well, shy... And finally his mean, or rude side (Mono-Dart) is always looking for trouble

Backstory: He was originally a Royal Guard, but was stripped of his duties because of Mono-Dart. He is very lost and spent all of his bits on his house and can no longer pay for it, so he is homeless. He roams Ponyville's center and finds benches or clouds above to sleep on. He does not have a special-somepony, and is still finding one. He also has his trusty saddle-bag which holds: a rusty broken sword, some pliers, 2 bits, a flashlight, an old newspaper clipping which is an article about cloudsdale, and finally a single half eaten carrot.
