Appearance: Trixie Treats is about average height for a mare. Her mane is almost always tied back into a ponytail and is very straight. When released from the ponytail it hangs down on either side of her face like a curtain. Her mane and tail are a light, almost pastel purple. Her tail is as straight as her mane, but cut to only a few inches long so it won't get dirty.

Trixie's coat is a pale lemon yellow and always meticulously brushed until it shines. Her horn is rounded and the same color as her coat. She doesn't have any abnormal markings and looks very much like an average pony. Her eyes are a dark shade of violet.
Cutie Mark: A needle stitching the outline of a jack-o-lantern face on her flank. It showcases her exceptional ability to create costumes. She's at her best when they're Nightmare Night costumes, hence the nature of her cutie mark, but really Trixie can manage just about any costume.
Personality: Trixie Treats is not quite as pleasant as one might surmise from her appearance and name. In fact, Trixie is an overall grumpy pony on the surface. She will speak her mind on any issue and isn't afraid to criticize anypony she sees if she feels they need it. She is almost always frowning at something or other, since almost nothing can meet her standards.

Trixie is also not a very sociable pony. She tends to keep quiet unless spoken directly to. Even then she will most likely respond with some sarcastic or otherwise snarky comment. As bad tempered as she may be, however, Trixie also has a soft side. She loves snakes and when she is interacting with one will become an actual pleasant pony while her attention is distracted. She is also quite loyal to her family and friends, although she really only has one, and will show a softer side to them if they are upset or hurt in some way. She can be quite caring and will not hesitate to even help out a stranger if she believes they really need it.

As lovely as Trixie's soft side can be, however, she also has a temper. One of her main pet peeves is when a pony, upon hearing her name, refers to The Great and Powerful Trixie in anyway. She has gone all her life with ponies making reference to that particular show pony and has eventually just gotten sick of the connection, despite never having met the pony in question. Trixie can also be quite scary when someone interrupts her while she's working on a commission. Like her friend Far Fetched, Trixie gets intense when she's creating and hates to be disrupted in some way.
Backstory: Trixie grew up in a small, out of the way town. Her parents were shipowners and quite normal. Trixie, however, never was quite comfortable in the tiny place. She became slightly bitter as she grew, disliking the constraints the place out on her. This negative attitude never really went away and Trixie has no desire to do so.

As unhappy as Trixie was, however, she stuck with her parents for as long as she could. It didn't feel right for her to leave them after they'd spent so much time and money raising her. Trixie truly loves her parents and tried to help them with their shop as much as she could. She never really had a knack for baking, however, or sales. Mostly she just kept her mouth shut, rang up orders, and went out to get new supplies when they were needed.

Trixie had always enjoyed designing and sewing, and even decorating, and Nightmare Night was always her favorite holida. However, she didn't discover her talent until one year Trixie's parents pushed her into helping out with the school plays. It happened to be October and the play happened to be one about Nightmare Night. Trixie was assigned to help create the backdrops, but for some reason she felt irresistibly drawn to the costumes. Finally the teacher in charge simply let her help, and that was when Trixie realized her talent and gained her cutie mark.

A year or two after she graduated schools tragedy hit the shop. They were robbed and for a tiny place that got on day by day, it was terrible. Trixie realized that if she really wanted to help, she had to strike out and find a job. She moved to a more populated area and at first got a job in manual labor, moving trunks. However she soon managed to grab a place as a helper in one of the smaller clothing boutiques. From there Trixie got promoted and even got a job at a bigger, more known place. She has been working there ever since. It was while she was working at the smaller place that she met Far Fetched and he just never left her alone. Although she would never admit it, Trixie enjoys his company and thinks of Far Fetched as a close friend.
