Species: Non-Pony

Personality: He has suffered a great deal because of how other ponies have treated him. Plus, his lack of social interaction or social interaction makes him very socially awkward and untrusting of other ponies. He has very loose friendships with two of my other OCs, Moonbeam the poet and DeadEye the vigilante, though he is very cautious around the latter. He is also friends with a werewolf named Dark Forest, who lives nearby. However, he is largely asocial or even antisocial, avoiding other ponies for the company of bats and other animals. He greatly enjoys the sounds of the forest, and he particularly enjoys making music himself with makeshift instruments and by singing. He has a rather bassy singing voice, though it is a bit higher when he speaks (which is rare). However, he is reluctant to show anypony any of this, and he will usually be rather reclusive and shy.

Backstory: Unlike most batponies, his species came from a genetic mutation. His father was a pegasus and his mother was an earth pony. His parents were embarrassed of his condition, which made him look scary to other ponies in Ponyville. When he was just old enough to go to school, he was bullied heavily by the other students, who mocked him for the difference. One bully even harassed him physically. All of these troubles caused him to run away, far into the Everfree Forest. There, with help from the animals, he raised himself in solitude. He has lived there ever since, deep in the forest away from other ponies.
