Appearance: Red trench coat, with a white shirt under it. He has a red fedora and white button up sleeves. Red trousers and classical white shoes. He wears a silver chain, encrusted with golden roses. Viktor is a human male with black hair and green eyes, and a part of his nose has been shot off. Viktor is unfortunately very small due to some chemicals he contacted when he was younger.

Personality: Viktor is very polite, devious and protective. However, despite this, he has a very short temper, and he doesn’t need more than an insult at his family for him to shoot you. Viktor is a born leader, and is very assertive and intimidating despite his small appearance.<br />Despite Viktor being a criminal, he still has a moral to never kill an innocent human, but he will happily brutally murder someone who has brought harm to his family. He despises any form of sexual harassment, and will go ape shit on anyone daring enough to do the deed.<br />

Backstory: Viktor was born into the russian “Garkin” family, and taught how to wield a weapon at a young age. Since his family where rich mobsters, Viktor had everything he could ever want as a child. But despite the protection he got, Viktor was unfortunate to get sexually assaulted at a tender young age, which is partly the reason as to why he despises people like that. When Viktor became 12 years old, he contacted a crippling chemical, which made his growth stop permanently. But that wasn’t the only thing it did to him. If Viktor has adrenaline for more than a minute, he’ll go in to “Hysterica mode” Where he’ll basically become a killing machine. When Viktor was 17 years old, his father passed away, which made him take control over the Garkin family. At first, many people didn’t have respect for the small leader, but Viktor turned out to be a reliable and strong leader. It didn't take long for Viktor to eliminate every opposing mobster family that threatened his family, though it costed him a part of his nose and some mental scarring. Once he was done with that, he created a truce with every remaining family to stop the bloodshed.
