Appearance: Koemi is a blue pegasus, with yellow eyes. She has a long, black spiky mane too.

Cutie Mark: Her cutie mark is a Kanji meaning "party". (According to the internet).

Personality: She can be snarky, and a tad sarcastic. She has a different sense of humor then normal ponies.

Backstory: Koemi was born in the urban-city area of Tokyuma. She grew up around lots of lights, and loud noises which could explain why she has a certain fondness for raving.
