Species: Pegasus

Appearance: Medium sized, red mane with a shining white coat. Normal Pegasus wings and pinkish red eye color (like Rainbow Dash's almost)

Cutie Mark: The cutie mark shown is a heart with strings across making it appear as a violin. The violin part is obvious, but why a heart? And no, it isn't there for the sake of being cute. It is there to show how much she respects and loves her friends. Might sound cheesy, but the pony has never had any friends and was never shown any love, loyalty, etc until she finally met a group of fillies who helped her at rough times.

Personality: Lots of sarcasm, angered easily, loyal, flirty, <br />creative, shy, perfectionist

Backstory: When she was a filly, most of her school life was just sitting in a corner minding her own business and was too shy to talk to anypony. Even though she didn't mind, everypony needs another person besides a family member to talk to. She was never a good socializer. There was one pony who was truly her PFF, that pony was Octavia. Octavia was only different in the slightest of ways, soon enough they started showing true signs of friendship. When the young ponies were trying to think of what their cutie marks might be, Octavia mentioned her love of classical music. Winter listened to it, but never really thought about it being a thing she mostly enjoyed, but went with Octavia's plan anyway. Her and Octavia joined the orchestra: Octi on cello and Winter on violin, Octavia seemed to grow and grow at it and eventually (after years of practice) earned her cutie mark. Winter, however, thought her destiny was meant for something else. Summer came around and Winter, unfortunately, had to move away from Pony Ville. But before she left, Octavia hugged her, crying and told her to never give up on anything you start. Years later, Winter began to play the violin more often, keeping the promise Octavia made for her to keep. She wouldn't give up playing regardless of how good she was at it. After all the practice, Winter attended a concert and never felt so happy when the crowd cheered for her. All she could think of is making Octavia proud, she kept thinking to herself (this applause isn't for me, this is Octavia's who kept me going with this) She began to cry, and after the concert she noticed her cutie mark appeared. She knew what it meant, she earned it by the encouragement of her PFF and being a great violin player..
