Appearance: A darker brown mane, ocean blue eyes, and a grey coat. His mane his ruffly, but is soft and well kept. This is also the same with his coat, soft and kept because his mother refuses he keeps it unbrushed. Overall he is a very soft and cute colt.

Cutie Mark: A sailboat with a lightning strike behind it. His cutie mark represents his talent in sailing, more specifically racing sailboats and other watercraft. It represents his speed, and ability to manipulate wind in his best interests for racing and sailing.

Personality: Very mellow, Zeus is generally easy-going, as well as kind. He's a little quiet, but surely not shy. If you talk to him, he will reply, and if you are a adult he has very good manners and has a lot of respect. He's generally very respectful, though easily influenced by his peers. Zeus makes friends easily, but has trouble keeping them close. He seems to attract ponies into liking him, but being so quiet, they don't stick around for long before being replaced by others. The last thing about him is that he's a mommas boy. Zeus doesn't let much get inbetween him and Anna, they get along very well though other colts tease him about it.

Backstory: Zeus was the product of what was a very troubled relationship between his college hoofball playing, sad-excuse of a father, Cris Cross, and his young, and intelligent mother, Professor Annabella Belle. He was born without his fatheraround, already leaving his mother when she was 5 months pregnant with him. A series of drama before he was even born split them up, leaving his mother alone when his father one day disappeared from her life in Canterlot. Though his mother worried her child would be majorly effected by a lack of a father, Zeus seemed to grow to his current age fine. His mother moved to Ponyville, leaving everything about their past behind, and restarted jobless in Ponyville. Zeus' rich granmother, Diamond, supported the family mostly, though Anna had worked up quite a lot of saving being a past professor. It wasn't a lavish lifestyle, but he grew up with plenty of love and care, and is so far a very nice and polite colt.<br /><br />Growing out of his baby ages, Zeus learned fairly quickly. When he was a small foal, he was very cute, lovable, and fun, as well as easy to care for. It was no surprise that as he got older, things stayed the same. This surely helped his single mother, who had a lot on her hooves anyhow. She taught him properly, as well as cared for him until the day he toddled off to preschool, where his personality would be put to the test with others his age. He passed that test, and Zeus was just generally a cool pony. Others tried to push his buttons, but they were unpressable. He was so mellow and quiet, that ponies actually started to ignore him, but when they saw his talents, they quickly came back. Zeus seems to be good and quite a few things, and he's good at picking up new skills. He's athletic, and so playground sports became his thing.<br /><br />When the day came to find his talent, he was not surprisingly one of the first with how quickly he picked up things. You see, Zeus had always loved the ocean. Though Ponyville only had a few rivers and a lake, he dreamed of sailing. This came from his early foalhood. When pregnant with him, and a emotional wreck, Anna, his mother, painted his room all by herself. What she made was a beautiful moral of the ocean, beach, and waves, in response to all the depression she was going through. Seeing this, calming him, and awing him everyday as a foal, it grew on him and lead to his talent. Zeus was always interested in small scale sailboats, but a day came when his mother let him get his own, and sail on the water he once dreamed of when little.<br /><br />The vessel's name was Bella. She was a small sturdy vessel, that with some help from some books and guides, he and Anna built together. After a month or so of sailing with Bella, and eventually winning his first race, Zeus soon earned his cutie mark. A sailboat, with a lightning bolt behind it, representing his speed in the water and his boating talent. <br /><br />That was about it so far for Zeus. Only 6, he has a lot more to see and learn. He takes his vessel out sailing often, with his first mate, Miley the Golden Retriever. Sometimes he'll race, but being how little water the town has, he doesn't get the opportunity often. He still wishes and hopes that someday he'll be able to go to an ocean and sail, but so far he's only taken small trips to the beach. Zeus lives happily, currently in Ponyville with Anna and his dog. Though no father, the small family gets along well, and so far, this little colt does too.
