Personality: : He’s a lost and confused changeling, completely cut off from the swarm and the hive. He takes the forms of random ponies in order to blend in with the rest of Equestria, hoping to somehow find his way back to the hive by traveling at random. <br /><br />Despite wanting to find his way back to the swarm, Zintiik is finding himself intrigued by the ponyfolk of Equestria. He’s thinking for himself for the first time, and he sometimes find himself doubting what he thinks he knows. Part of him wants to find his way back to his hive and his queen as soon as possible, while the other part of him wants to see as much of this strange hostile land as he can.<br /><br />He has the habit of being drawn to displays of love. It’s instinct, he can’t help himself. Though here lately he’s stopped trying to immediately feed upon every display he’s found. He’s so curious about these things he’s never dealt with before that he wants to try and learn. It’s something he never got to do as a drone in the swarm.

Backstory: Zintiik was completely unremarkable from any other changeling in the swarm – he flew with the others, fed with the others, and lived to serve his queen. Like the rest of his swarm he assisted in the changeling attack against Canterlot, wanting nothing more than to please his queen and feed on the love that leaked from Equestria.<br /><br />However, things have changed after their invasion failed. Zintiik was blasted far away from the rest of the swarm, and when he landed he hit his head rather hard. When he finally woke up, the changeling drone immediately came to a terrible realization.<br /><br />He had no idea how to find his way back to the hive.<br /><br />Something had happened to his mind when he landed, and no matter how hard he tried, he couldn’t detect the direction to the hive. He wasn’t good with landmarks – he had never had to be! Changelings could ALWAYS find their way back to the hive! And yet here he was, completely lost in a seemingly hostile land (he knew he wouldn’t be well received by ponies after the failed invasion, after all).<br /><br />With no better idea, Zintiik has started traveling completely at random in hopes of somehow finding the hive again. He feeds when he gets the opportunity, often taking the forms of ponies that he sees in order to blend in with Equestrian society. He doesn’t understand ponies very well, and finds the concept of love itself to be incredibly strange. It’s good to feed on of course, but now he’s found himself with time to think for himself. Something he never had to do as a drone in the swarm. <br />
