QuizUp Pony Edition

Equestria Daily posted today that QuizUp added a My Little Pony trivia section to its game.  http://www.equestriadaily.com/2014/06/quizup-adds-my-little-pony-section.html

 

In case you don't know what it is, QuizUp is an app for Android and iPhone where you compete in a timed 7 question trivia challenge with another person in one of a bunch of different topics.

 

I downloaded the app and I've been having a blast playing it, so I'd definitely recommend the app to anybody who might want to kill some time and see how their pony trivia stacks up against the rest of the world.  Anyway I thought I'd start a topic on here to see what everybody else thinks of the trivia game, and talk about rankings and scores and whatnot.

 

The only complaint I'd note is that some of the trivia questions are a bit obscure and a couple of them have arguable answers.  

 

 

For example, I got a question about names of countries in Equestria that were only mentioned in that giant map nobody really knows all too well.  An example of the arguable question would be one asking what Twilight's biggest fear was when she became princess.  The correct answer being she was afraid of losing ties with her friends, although there is plenty of other evidence to support answering another provided answer which is she is afraid she's not ready to become a leader.  Anyhow, it's a minor complaint and I'm sure over time the quality of the questions will get better as they get feedback.

 

 

The only other complaint I'd say that I have is that it can get repetitive after a while, but that's true for any trivia game.  Hopefully they'll regularly update the game with new questions, but only time will tell.

 

But, like I said I'm definitely enjoying the game.  At the moment, I'm ranked 21 in the world, though I'm sure that'll change when I'm not playing it non-stop for hours.  What's everybody else's opinions on the game, and ranks?
