Weak flank theory #2057

What if i could tie a version of earth, to equestria? Using two adventures from a strange planet of miniature people? From a game called pikmin.

In one of the caves in pikmin 2 there is a treasure called the "petrified heart" post-27033-0-19180600-1409180415.jpg which looks a lot like the fire ruby given to rarity by spike in the episode "Secret of my excess". post-27033-0-06909900-1409180408_thumb.jpg

What do you think!?!?

(Sorry if this might be in the wrong Place)

@,

Hmm... while I can see how you might see that there is a connection there, there isn't really enough evidence. I mean, a gem cut into a heart isn't exactly the rarest thing in the world here, and Pikmin is supposed to take place in a post-apocalyptic Earth. If you have more evidence other than the similarities of Pikmin 2's 'treasures', then perhaps it might be a plausible theory. But still, it's an iota of evidence, although, due to the time differences between the two games, it would be Hasbro referencing the game more than the game having anything to do with ponies, if this was intentional and not merely overanalyzing.

I don't know if the picture's not big enough or if my eyes are tricking me, but it doesn't seem to look anything like the fire ruby.

I don't care what pony you like because I like everypony!

Yes yes, but do not take this seriously, there is a reason this thing is called "weak flank theory"

Hm...it might be that it's too small, and the fact that the petrified heart is translucent
