I'm guessing he's a pizza delivery pone, and delivers at the speed of light.

Or a pizza chef who can make pizzas instantly.

 

 

The first one was much better, much more proportional.

Try making it a little more curvy, and making the head a bit bigger. Cartoon characters usually have large heads, especially ponies.

And color would be nice.
