How does MLP and the Fandom Play into Your Religion or Personal Beliefs?

Hmm...never really thought of putting politics or other ideologies to ponies. I've only ever considered religious connotations.

 

I know there was a guy around here a few years back who was forming his own pony-based religion, complete with religious texts...I know he had a blog of it. That was an interesting read. 

 

I'm trying to connect ponies to, say, my political beliefs, but I can't just throw something into a post. I'll be back later with my opinions.
