Washington & Idaho Wildfires: Can you help us out?

Washington & Idaho, two northwest states in the USA, have been going through several wildfires for the past few months. It's seasonal, but this years is easily the worst in a long time. On August 21, there were 13 large uncontained wildfires in Washington and 11 in Idaho. On August 19, three firefighters, Tom Zbyszewski, Richard Wheeler, and Andrew Zajac, were killed in one of the fires in Washington.

I'm not going to get into too much detail on the fires. The above paragraph is just to tell you what's going on and that it's affecting people. It's affecting the people in my area. The smoke is practically covering my town, and we're around 15 kilometers (10-ish miles) from the nearest fire. Some people are having to wear surgical masks so they can breathe without destroying their lungs.

In fact, my father and several others, who live several miles away from the town were forced to evacuate the area. I was visiting him at the time, and I was among those that had to evacuate. The smoke was absolutely terrible. More than half of the sky was covered in smoke. When I was inside a room with an air conditioner, a floor fan, and a ceiling fan (all turned on), I could still smell smoke. A lot of smoke, too. When I evacuated the area to my mom's, the first thing she said to me was about the smoke she could smell on me. I wasn't even at my dad's for a day.

While I'm writing this, I'm seeing on Facebook that President Obama had declared a state of emergency about the situation.

Please donate something to the survivors of the survivors. This particular link is for people in my local area.
