I can't find a certain clip for PMVs

Does anypony know which episode has the clip where you see the Ponyville Library from the outside at night and all of its lights go out in succession?

 

I've wanted to use it at a couple of points while making PMVs, since a lot of songs have some variation of the line "turn the lights out" in them, but I just haven't managed to stumble across the clip again.

That episode is episode three of season one, 'The Ticket Master'. it's when Twilight runs into her house with Spike at night to attempt to get away from the mob of ponies wanting the spare ticket to the Galla given to Twilight by Princess Trollestia.
