Minor inconveniences

So, I'm writing this from my phone so bear with me for any autocorrect mistakes.

 

This is really just a few minor inconveniences that I've been thinking about lately that I could probably fix but just don't have the initiative to fix. (Basically, I'm bitching about how I'm too lazy to fix little problems)

 

It's actually not that bad. Example. I recently started writing MLP fan fictions. And I love it. I have a great time with it, I've introduced an original character as the main focus with the mane 6 is a passive support role and people seem to enjoy the stories (Only one complete with the first chapter of another posted).

 

But I find in the course of writing them that when I turn off my computer for the night is when I get the best ideas for how to carry on in the story. And it gives me a burst of creative energy to want to continue writing but I just don't want to get out of bed and go back to writing. Sometimes I take notes on my phone or just remember what I was thinking when I go back but it makes me wish I could somehow link my computer and phone and just continue writing it on here. (Here being my phone.)

 

Like I said, just a minor inconvenience but one I felt like voicing. And before someone mentions Google Docs, I wholeheartedly do not trust google to keep my info safe. Too many issues with that have already arisen.

 

Anyway, feel free to post your own minor inconveniences. Just things that you wish you could do. Or something that you wish was easier.

Or alternatively, I wish it would be easier to cause an earthquake to have the earth swallow the Westboro Baptist Church.

But in the end, they really are just a minor inconvenience. A very loud, very annoying, minor inconvenience.

Ah, yes. That little moment of clairvoyance when you're about to pass out on the bed. Our brain is an asshole sometimes.

 

The one I can remember the most is when I want to do something, or when I want to grab a paper to write a note. Then I walk past a door, suddenly error 404 memory not found.

Special side note: As I lay in bed and typed that message it occurs to me the irony of now staying up to participate in forum discussion. Haha

 

And the WBC is very much a minor inconvenience. Albeit, a rude one.

 

Also, I think laying down somewhere comfortable supercharges the brain. When I was in the Army I was always uncomfortable and always went straight to sleep. Now that I have a comfy bed... Supercharged every time my head hits the pillow.

I really need to write the next chapters for my stories, thanks for reminding me... aw who am I kidding? This is me we're talking about, they're never getting done .
