Otaku-sempai 429 March 27 Share March 27 MY LITTLE PONY VOL 04 SISTER SWITCH IDW APR241127 (W) Celeste Bronfman (A/CA) Amy Mebberson The adventures continue for the new generation of ponies as Pipp and Zipp take center stage! There's no better friend than a sister... unless your sister thinks what they're doing is waaay more important than what you're doing! Pipp has been super stressed because the new, edgy musician Carotang has been totally stealing her limelight. But Zipp has been too busy helping Queen Haven prepare for the Royal Dinner at the castle to even notice Pipp's distress. After a huge fight, they both make a wish... but wishes don't come true, right? Collects issues #16-20. Misty Shadow 7,842 March 27 Share March 27 Yup, I will be getting this when it's released. I wasn't too hot on the swap premise at first with it being done to death (G5 already had a "sequel" to FiM's A Royal Problem with MYM's The Cutie Mark Mix-Up), but I've heard that the story of this part of the comics is really well-done and there's no way I'm passing up getting the end of the main series.
Otaku-sempai 429 March 27 Author Share March 27 It helps that the "villain" of this story is so adorable!
Nitobit 1,756 April 23 Share April 23 @Otaku-sempai There is a section for IDW Comics. I'm gonna move it there.

Misty Shadow 7,842 July 7 Share July 7 I just finished reading this and found it to be very good, even if it was not as good to me as I was told. The story definitely didn't have a "finale to the main series" vibe, just like the story of the last issue of the main series of the FiM comics before Season 10, but it's a better take on the A Royal Problem style plot than MYM's The Cutie Mark Mix-Up in my eyes. The plot here has much more depth and higher stakes to it and some of the jokes and background gags had me laughing because of how much I was just not expecting them (BURN THE WORLD DOWN!). However, what I'm always going to remember most about this arc of the comics is this... Someone tell me...why does Misty still have her old mane and Comet's glasses?
