The Brony fandom is very meaningful to me. It helped me recover from a difficult time in my life. 

My girlfriend isn’t a Brony and I’d like to show her how incredible the Brony fandom is.
I see Everfree North West as an opportunity to get immersed in the Brony community and also a chance to travel. 

I’ve never been to any other pony convention besides BABSCon (Bay Area Brony Spectacular) before, and I’m going back and forth between whether I want to attend this year’s Everfree. 
Going to a con outside of California is out of my comfort zone (making travel plans makes me nervous), but it’s also something new. 
If I go, I hope to make some new friendly connections, or just have a wonderful convention experience.
