Skylight Scintillate 2,226 October 16, 2025 Share October 16, 2025 (edited) This is the OOC thread for this RP: https://mlpforums.com/topic/207336-getting-cozy-1x1-rp-with-silly-druid/ Context: This RP takes place after the end of season 9 where Twilight tried to help Cozy Glow fit in and adapt to society after being freed from stone. This RP includes a lot of my personal ideas for what happens at the end of season 9. These include the following: Princess Twilight isn't the ruler of Equestria. (Personally, I feel like she was pressured into this by Celestia and that it isn't what she wanted.) Princess Luna is the main ruler of Equestria, giving Celestia a break and allowing Luna to be the centre of attention. With Princess Twilight free to do what she wants, she is able to focus all her attention on her passions of friendship, magic, harmony, and technology. Technology has advanced significantly since the defeat of Chrysalis and Tierik, with technology levels roughly equivalent to the 1990s in the human world. Twilight's castle now has leaves, so it looks like a crystal tree castle. Ponies have cured aging. Silly Druid 8,506 October 22, 2025 Share October 22, 2025 @Skylight Scintillate What I'm getting at about Luna is that in "A Royal Problem" she struggles with doing Celestia's duties, so I wonder how she deals with that kind of things now when she's the main ruler. Also sorry about not elaborating about donuts, but I don't eat them, and I don't even know what kinds of them there are.
Skylight Scintillate 2,226 December 3, 2025 Author Share December 3, 2025 Some comments about recent posts I think I should explain in here in OOC: In an earlier post, I forgot to write in Tierk, but I decided to write the next post as though Starlight had slipped up in character as well. For the robotics class, part of me wondered whether it made sense to have such class available given that I intend the technology level of the roleplay to be roughly equivalent to the 1990s IRL. I summarized the course offerings in the roleplay, referencing current-day course offerings at high schools. However, that meant that some classes in the list I was referencing would not have existed in the 90s. I ultimately decided that maybe it would fit best if it was a new class that was just introduced.

Starlight pondered. Is that a fourth wall break? If you want, we can make a spreadsheet with Cozy Glow's lesson plan, or something...

If you want, we can make a spreadsheet with Cozy Glow's lesson plan, or something... Maybe? I mean, like my idea is that technologically, this roleplay takes place right before schools started using computers to organize courses and student and staff schedules. Therefore, everything is on paper, and Starlight is wondering if there is a better way to do things. As for creating a spreadsheet with Cozy Glow's lesson plan, I want to keep the details about the classes a little vague. I kinda want to keep the schedule flexible and vague so we can go with whatever feels right at the moment. In addition, I don't know enough about each subject to roleplay it out, not to mention the friendship classes. I'm not sure how those classes would work, and the show is kinda vague about it, so my idea is we don't roleplay those parts out and just say they teach friendship using magic. Instead, I think this roleplay would work best if we focus on the student life and the stuff that occurs outside of class and whatnot. Like all the crazy ideas Flurry Heart suggests. IDK. What do you think?

What do you think? That makes sense. I never meant to roleplay all the lessons, perhaps a few of them that would be interesting for our purposes.
