My Favourite Mane 6 Pony: Fluttershy

How did you find MLP Forums?: Someone mentioned these forums on Reddit, which is another site I lurk on a lot.

How you became a fan of My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic: Saw pony memes on various websites I visited, and wondered why in the hay they were so popular. I thought the ponies were cute and colorful. I decided to watch an episode of FIM on Youtube, and I've been a fan ever since.

Hi everypony! Well uh, my name is Kirsten, but you may call me Fluttersweet I suppose. I'll be twenty in March. I'm pretty sure I've seen all the episodes of MLP:FIM, and I look forward to Saturday mornings, when I get to watch new episodes in livestreams.

 

My favorite pony is Fluttershy, but I also sort of like Applejack. I felt like I could relate to her when she just wanted to earn money for her family at the Gala. I relate to Fluttershy in terms of shyness. I also like the other members of the mane six, for various reasons. 

 

It's funny...a couple of weeks ago, I went to the mall, because I was sick of being cooped up in the house. I finally ventured into Hot Topic for the first time, and I side-eyed the massive pony merchandise display near the front of the store. I was a bit embarrassed walking around it, but I wanted to see what they had in stock. I stood next to a few girls, and overheard their conversation. "I'm trying to find a gift for my boyfriend. He likes the white one with the horn, what was her name again?" "Rarity." I blurted out instinctively.

 

They asked me to say it again. I blushed a little, but realized, hey, maybe there's nothing wrong with speaking up about ponies. They didn't laugh in my face. In fact, they seemed a tiny bit impressed that I knew that. Heh.

 

And yeah, now I'm rambling. But it's nice to meet you all.
