The Article!

 

So what do you guys think of this? Do you think Google will win or will Rockstar Consortium win?

 

Reading through the article it seems silly what they have patents for, "associative search engine", "an advertisement machine which provides advertisements to a user searching for desired information within a data network.". These are ridiculous things to patent, too generic if you ask me. Well if Google loses then we can pretty much say goodbye to Google, because they make their money off of ads, and from what I can tell this will destroy that. They also seem to be suing a lot of the major Android phone manufacturers with things that I didn't even know you could patent, "navigation tool for graphical user interface", "Internet protocol filter", "integrated message center."
