Lets drewl over, MLP:FIM Rainbow Rocks- Animated Shorts!

For all the Vinyl Scratch fans, this is like a Luna in your happy-dream moment. But being the EQgirl lover I am (you haters know your starting to love it now!) I had to comment on a few things and even ask a question or too.

 

Does anyone else get a "Masculine" feeling from Vinyl? Her new human model (slightly changed from EQgirls) has everything from "rebel" girl thumb gloves, to leg warmers under a skirt. This design..looks great! I really enjoy it, but I still can not shack this feeling of boyness about her character. Now do NOT gt me wrong, Tomboy characters are VITAL to any show featureing a large cast of females (look at Rainbowdash or Sailor Uranus/Jupiter from Sailor Moon). Maybe its just her hair, or her general posture, she has this boy-lean to her :shrug:.

 

 

AND OF COURSE DIAMOND TIARA HAS A TINY DOG IN HER PURSE........:facedesk:

 

 

So these shorts are numberd to be eight strong (straight from Hasbro), and with the movie scheduled to come out this fall (say Sep,Oct) we have a good 4 months to wait, so say two a month? What are your guys opinions on seeing a Trixie (she is created on the films wiki as being voice acted) or perhaps a Derpy (lets not forget the stream line this character has gotten in the series and also the infamous muffin dance scene during the EQ girls credits).

 

 

We all know that DJ is getting "pushed for summer slam" in this film (it being a musical and all), and I will not go into my rant about how she replaced AJ in the Mcdonalds toys (hisssss) but what about suprise pushs from other fan favs, Octavia clearly being the most wanted.

 

And a side bar note, did anyone else notice that the CMC are now differnt sizes, compared to the original EQgirls film. Applebloom is clearly head and shoulders taller then Scoots.
