So I was happily looking around the character database for an OC to review when I stumbled across this little beauty: http://mlpforums.com/page/roleplay-characters/_/cliff-racer-r5930.
It turns out that the owner of the OC (Cliff_Racer_562) is not spending a lot of time on the forums due to the depression of his brothers death (it's in his status comment), but it looks like he's popping in and out to probably check for notifications and edit his OC which I will be reviewing today.
