So Doug Walker is who?

So I was on Linkara's YouTube page the other day, and some person on there commented that while Linkara is amazing, Doug was evil and compared him to...   (get ready for this)   ... Adolf Hitler.   The commenter continued saying that Doug needs to die because of how evil he was.   Now I've never met Doug Walker in real life, and have only viewed him through a computer screen. But I'm pretty sure Doug didn't go to Germany, write a book about his struggles, and started the Fourth Reich.
