Backstory extraordinaire

I've been meaning to do this for a very, very long time. I hate writing organized compositions so I'll just go ahead and get right to it.

Life has been le super crazy. I managed to survive my first semester of college studying the True Science (Physics), putting a lot of time into personal endeavors (including playing through Bloodborne on my roommate's PS4 and becoming all of the sudden an avid Dark Souls fan). Some time during that semester I met the most amazing woman I have ever met. We dated over the break and during the next semester, which turned out to be the most stressful time of my life. I completely lost any sense of balance and dedicated all of my time to school, work, and dating, only allowing 4-5 hours of sleep in between days. Before I knew it I was engaged to this woman, and I had a plan for my life.

Of course, as soon as we think we have things figured out, something (for me, that Something is a very loving and wise Heavenly Father) has to happen. For me, this was a winter cat crash. The snow started so suddenly there was no time to react. The crosswind quickly pushed my soon-to-be wife and I off the side of the highway and, after two or three rolls, we landed upside down (THIS IS WHY YOU SHOULD WEAR SEATBELTS, THEY SAVED OUR LIVES :D ). As result of this accident, I broke several bones in my lower neck (for you health nerds, C6-7, T1), leading up to a spinal fusion surgery. The surgery was successful without any complications (the biggest risk was loss of feeling in my limbs, or perhaps being paralyzed), and many months of healing followed, causing us to postpone the wedding and everything that we thought was going to happen

Since then, a lot of time has passed, I finally married that wonderful woman, and things have really settled down. I'm living in a basement apartment in a fairly populated part of the US state of Utah, where I live a meager, happy existence.
...which leads me to my next point (post?).
