Eloise Narrigan [Source]

Note: there is a source only for the first two images, but the rest share extremely similar characteristics from Eloise Narrigan's art style for "Snow Party Countdown Advent Calendar", Vanessa Mack describes it as vector art, but since most of these are actually were made over 3D renders (or inspired by), and how some of the G5 merchan art made over 3D renders have different art styles, I'll assume that all the merchan arts featuring this specific style were originally made by Eloise Narrigan, later reused as vector arts and edited multiple times.
