So I wanted to share the Main 7 of my AU G4, Friendship is Mystical! I've shared them before, but I wanted to talk about their design elements and cutie marks, since they aren't shown.

Twilight Sparkle

Twilight has two types of purple on her body instead of one, I don't really think Twi's OG mane color was really purple more so a very dark blue. Her new cutie mark is a shooting star, and I gave her some eyeglasses because I thought it would be cute, and a lot of fan redesigns tend to give Twi glasses. 

Rainbow Dash

For Rainbow, I really did NOT like the last design, it was ugly and just bad, so I took some inspo from an older redesign of RD for this newer one, as for the cutie mark, I'm still hung up, but I'm thinking a Rainbow waterfall. 

Pinkie Pie

For Pinkie, I went with some pinto markings, because it's cute, her cutie mark is two balloons, with entertwined strings. 

Not much to say about Pinkie other than she and Minty are absolute BESTIE GOALS in this AU. 

Fluttershy

She's got absolute SCENE KID vibes, and I'm not even scene, I just love the hairstyles of alt people, huh, explains why I like drawing goth stuff recently.

I might change her tail, but I'm still on the fence about that. Her cutie mark is a butterfly with pink and cyan on it. And let's address the biggest change, her eye color, I thought the pink would fit more with her design, rather than teal.

Applejack

Yeah yeah, I know, she's flipping red, but I really liked G3 Applejack and thought she'd look more apple-y if she were red, cutie mark is half an apple, kinda like Big Mac, but the seeds are shaped like hearts. 

Rarity

Probably the least changed of the OGs, just gave her a more elegant design and purple eyes. 

Minty

I've been waiting for this moment! Indeed I replaced Starlight with Minty, she would go through a character arc in learning how to stand up for herself and join the M6, becoming Pinkie's apprentice.
