I help people just for the sake of helping them. I like it better when I don't get something in charge (It makes it feel like a business affair) :/ But it feels good to see someone happy or get a thank you from them.

I hate helping people, but I always do it anyway. I suppose I can't be doing it for selfish reasons then, especially because it gives me so much stress.
