• Physical Description

  Tropical Storm, or just Storm is a bright green Pegasus with pink eyes, a pink mane and tail and a 3 raindrop cutie mark

• Backstory

  Storm was just a regular, schmegular pegasus who wanted to be a stuntpony, much like a younger Scootaloo did, but one day after passing her flying test and doing a little TOO well, she was recruited into the factory even though she didn't want to be there.

  She witnessed the horrors behind it all and tried to run away, but was returned to the factory many times, she doesn't seem to speak how she used to, for now she is often heard mumbling about the "failures" 

  In the tail end of the RF rewrite, Storm is seen disguising herself as Slip to fool Rainbow Dash, and somehow it worked.

  Storm is a very complex pegasus, who speaks in riddles and mumbles to herself often, although she can be talked to and she will hold a conversation if need be.
