Why is the character minimum in Roleplays higher than the rest of the forums?

The reason why the character minimum has been placed at 200 characters in Roleplays is that we expect more detail and quality in roleplaying posts. A roleplay, at its core, is a story being told by a variety of people. For a story to be truly engaging for all involved, more details are required to facilitate further discussion and higher quality. Another reason for it is to keep our forums clean, and to prevent the section from being deluged with one-liners as it had been in the past.
