Don't get me wrong, I love it's charm now... its just my initial reaction, and the confusion that followed.Really it reminded me of the animation of the Deathly Hallows scene in Harry Potter 7. It was really good.

I found it a charming episode to watch. I love it!
The only thing I ever really cringed at was the start of the intro the first time I watched episode 1.

Easily the episode with the most fan-service.
Also makes me love Pinkie even more than I currently do. She was even more crazy than usual... hell, even used as a weapon against AJ.

Thank You! Your 1-Click order has been placed. - Amazon
Seriously, that song just sealed the deal!

It will disable every texture you've modified until you leave the server. This is stop people using wall hacks.I checked, and everything's installed right. Yeah, turns out it is joining sv_pure servers that does it. Still, why does that effect menu mods?

9/10 That felt like a completely different artist! That was so relaxing, really considering buying that album.
Couldn't find the whole song for this, but it still sounds great imo.

8/10! Never heard anything quite like it, glad I have now though!

For me, downloads are my favourite. On most occasions they are the most convenient (such as having it stored locally and not having to switch media) and so long as you have a fast and stable connection, items can be downloaded quickly. Another great thing is in most cases it's impossible to lose like you can a CD or cartridge due to it being stored on a server far away.
Obviously the major problem is if something were to happen to your line then there's going to be no way to retrieve what you want. So I always like having a CD/DVD available just in case something like that were to happen... even if they do take over your cupboards with boxes and boxes.
As for cartridges, it just seems like an outdated technology to me. I couldn't see anything major take advantage of it nowadays. I do still have a megadrive (Genesis to you US peeps) hooked up in my room occasionally though, can't beat the classics.

I bought a copy of Issue 2 at my local newsagents if anyone wants some pictures.

Some servers disallow any client mods, I'd recommend trying another server and see if you get the same error.@Ember: I installed the menu mods, and they work fine, but whenever I join a server and leave, the menu background goes black, one of the default characters shows, and in the developer console there's a constant loading error loop. You get this too, or just me?
Just to make sure though, check the character replacements are in:
steamapps\username\team fortress 2\tf\materials\console\characters
and the background replacements are in:steamapps\username\team fortress 2\tf\materials\console
After that, there shouldn't be a problem. -
http://www.mlptf2mods.com/mods/ui@Ember: I never really succumbed to the collecting fever, thankfully. You put it perfectly, though. Also you must share that mod.
It's a combination of "Main Menu Ponies" and "Casual Pony Backgrounds" which will randomly choose both a location and one of the Mane 6 (and Spike) on start up. It's pretty nice.
Can't agree with you more.I know I'm gonna get a lot of flak for this, but my least favorite map is probably 2fort. It just seems to be the exactly same thing every game. Sentries near the hayroom, snipers on the sniper deck near the bridge, scouts bonk-ing past it all and and spies camping the snipers.

I've had so many different experiences with TF2 during its 4 years. I've played the classic game, been a trade addict and been a casual player as of recent.
Have to say my favourite class as of now is the Sniper, mainly because of how rewarding a headshot can be, especially one of your friends heads.
I really regret the amount of time I spent on trade servers instead of playing the actual game, 'cause at the end of the day, all you have is a bunch of virtual hats. Not sure what made me crave for more. I play the game for what is is now and I enjoy every bit of it!
Of course, I "tweaked" it slightly to my liking!

Just as disturbing as usual, I see.
It's quite amazing how they produced it so quickly, especially for something with such exceptional animation as that was.
-
I'll be sure to check 'em out. Cheers. It's no problem. Two others I'd recommend would be Manowar (if you're looking for some really TRUE epic metal) and Devin Townsend (because that guy's hit so many styles of metal and rock it's not even funny!)
-
Can't say I have, sorry. I've just been listening to odd songs on YouTube and I can't thank you enough for the recommendation. ^^Heard of them. Don't listen to them, as I've recently lost patience for power metal. Although Finesthour might like them. Heard of Blind Guardian, Ember?
-
Been listening to this group for a long time now. It's quite a lot different to the majority of metal, but hey, some of you may like it.
-
Kingdom Hearts 1 & 2 both had a fantastic soundtrack. All the songs sounded epic and really added to the immersion of the game.
-
I have a few select friends who know about it and I own a few subtle t-shirts. Other than that I tend to keep it a secret.

Thought to add my TV as a third monitor which will be dedicated to watching ponies on-demand! The two main displays cycle between each of the Mane 6 with their Gala portraits while my TV stays on this awesome typography wallpaper.
