  1. He would fit Loyalty, I mean come on, he is the new Rainbow Dash after all Seriously now, I really think Spike would totally fit loyalty. He never let Twilight down, he has always been with her, and he has always supported her. Him leaving in "Owl's well that ends well" comes from his loyalty not being corresponded, and thus throwing him in one of the mental breakdowns that are making this show so popular. But we can't forget how concerned he was for Twi in "Lesson Zero", or how he stuck with her worriness in "It's About Time".
  2. Welcome to the forums TSed! Also, that's the correct (objective) choice of pony.
  3. I saw that reaction video when it first came out. If anything that says more about them than us. Now this video says lots about us, and all of it good and funny. I really hope the creators of the show check it out, and then create the ultimate reaction video. Also, Dusty is one big badass and I aim to have a moustache that is 1% as cool and manly as his. My God, I should make a monument to his moustache, that is the best moustache I have ever seen in this fandom.
  4. Pegasus all the way. I'm happily surprised there is a big number of pegasi fans in here! Oooh, I shall give my reason why I pick it! Pegasi are cool. They are really, really cool. They are horses with wings, and they can fly. If I turned into a pony, it'd be a pegasus. I'll gladly give my ability to draw, my fingers, just to have wings and be able to fly and hop amongst the clouds. They also might be the strongest next to the earth ponies. Wings must be really muscular in order to pull your body from the ground, which makes them fairly badass. Besides, being able to control the weather is also a very helpful ability that rivals with super powers.
  5. Rainbow Dash is, indeed, the fastest in Equestria. We have physics to prove it! However, is she fast enough to face The Challenge of The Grid? All jokes aside, I'd love to see this crossover happening.
  6. Do you guys remember "The Weekenders"? There was an episode where the protagonist, Tino, discovers there's a guy in the town who doesn't like him. He makes a long run campaign to try and have this guy like him, and in the end it doesn't work. By the end of the episode Tino sinceres with the guy and tells him he doesn't like him either. I think this episode is going to go the same route, the moral being "Sometimes you will find people who doesn't like you, and no matter how much you try it won't change things at all". That'll be a very blunt lesson to teach. Also, my Dave Polsky senses are tingling.
  7. I will give my opinion to each point individually, so I don't get confused. 1. I love Canon Derpy. She is adorable. She's klutzy. I love her voice. I love her lines. And I love how näive she is in the short time span she has during the episode. She is our pony, the pony that grew up with us on this awesome ride full of pastel colored talking magical equines. And it was heart stopping to see her showing up in the episode... 2. ...even though she did shadowed Applejack quite a bit. I don't think she shadowed her a lot, since she's only in one minute and a half, while AJ is in the entire episode, but her pressence in this fandom is so much she did shadowed AJ to an extent. She got a lot of attention from the bronies, but everyone who's not a brony and who just watches the show won't feel she was over shadowed. It's all about how you perceive it, and for me she overshadowed her just a little bit.
  8. This is what I think it's going to happen in this episode. Rainbow Dash will be ill, or probably injured her wings after one of her airbone acrobatic stunts goes wrong. As she's in hospital, Twilight visits her and gives her a book about adventures, and lands beyond Equestria. Rainbow Dash gets so into the book she loses herself into it, to the point where she thinks she's part of the book. When she leaves hospital, she goes charging out to accomplish those fantasies. So yeah, I see it as Dash Quixote of Ponyville. Will I be right? Wrong? We'll have to find out in two weeks.
  9. Well, that episode was really cool Here's my more in-depth review of it! http://awthredestim.blogspot.com/2012/01/my-little-pony-friendship-is-magic-last.html Family friendly, no swearing, SFW. Hope you guys find it interesting Thank you!
  10. He also wrote Matilda, Charlie and The Chocolate Factory and most of the Alfred Hitchcock Presents shorts.
  11. This was a great episode. It had a few moments where the rhythm suffered, but they were not enough to make the fun stop. Pinkie Pie turning into a temporal butt monkey was fun too. Expect a review coming tomorrow! I can't write faster ;
  12. For comedic purposes, I say Q-Bert shows up in the middle of the battle and kills both of them with its wtf-ness. Objectively speaking, I think Master Chief would win. Despite Kratos being all powerful, he's not a God. Master Chief fell through the atmosphere, landed, and when he woke up he just asked for his rifle to keep kicking ass. I am no fan of either Microsoft or Sony, but after playing the games, it's obvious that Master Chief starts with all his abilities at bay, while Kratos suffers from the Samus Aran disease.
  13. I heard the news that Disney is going to re-release Finding Nemo and Beauty and the Beast in 3D within the next months. I have to admit, even though they will be 3D conversions, that re-releasing a movie is a much better idea than remaking it. Case in point: Have you guys watched the remake of The Thing? It was horrible! They could have saved themselves a buttload of money by just re-releasing the original John Carpenter remake. People would've gone watch it! What do you guys think? Do you preffer movies being remade, or just re-released?
  14. That's true. Maybe we can estrapolate that and figure out some sort of equivalent, if we ever find out the size and mass of Equestria, if we can call it a planet of course.
  15. I made a comment adressing this in my episode review, so have some sort of "copy and paste" without it being copy pasting. Maybe, time span in Equestria works different than on Earth. We know their clocks are of 8 hours, as we saw in Episode 22 of season 1 "A bird in the hoof". Their days last sisxteen hours, which makes the year shorter. I have my sister giving me a hand with these calculations, as she is the brainiac of the family, and he developed a very easy way to figure numbers out. To every amount of time that's said in the show, multiply it by 1,5 and you'll get the equivalent in Earth time. That said, 100 years in Equestria can last for 150 years on Earth, So when Granny Smith says she was there when Ponyville was founded she might actually be saying the truth, and she can easily be over a hundred years old. If I venture to be more specific, she might be around 125, 130 years old, which is almost two centuries.
  16. Welcome aboard SirSilentPony! I'm new as well, and I hope you have a great time around here
  17. It's been for a while dude. Ever since I stepped in the fandom pegasisters is used to reffer to female fans of MLP.
  18. Hehehe, my thoughts exactly, but on english classes of course :3 /)( *brohoof back* Hahahaha, I've been around for almost an entire year, and this is the first time someone oficially welcomes me to the herd Thank you!
  19. If we have visuals reminiscing of Roal Dahl books, I will be happy. Cider slides and ponies sliding down them, things like that, you know?
  20. This episode is going either: a) Throw all those "Rainbow Dash breaks her wings" fanfics out the window. or b ) Generate a flood of those fanfics. Either way, it's going to be interesting to see Rainbow Dash reading books, and actually enjoying them.

I subscribe to the view counter idea, just for curiosity's sake.
  22. No worries ;D I usually do the same to English, so I guess we compensate each other XD
