  1. No, I mean a forum section where we can set up group things outside major events or even in conjunction with them. Also, the forum can provide people with the tools to meet with other local Bronies.
  2. There's only one company that has the license to make Hasbro toy-related comics: IDW. I haven't read any of the Transformers stuff, but from what I've heard, they do a good job on those. But so far, the MLP comics are so excellent in terms of story. The artwork, on the other hand... it's fine, but I really could start loving it more if Katie Cook did some of the main story instead. (If you get issue 1, there will be a small 2 page comic that show's how AWESOME Katie Cook's art style is.) And if you're gonna collect these and keep 'em pristine, make sure to get the variant covers done by Stephanie Buscema.
  3. You guys need to start reading the comics. The comics is in a really good multi-parter story featuring the Changelings and Queen Chrysalis as antagonists. I'm not going to reveal TOO much, but Chrysalis... at the end of issue 2... looks to be "winning".
  4. Was thinking that maybe a Meetup/Get Together Section sort of thing wouldn't be a bad idea. Say there's a Comic Convention in your town and since MLP has a comic out and such, the comic Bronies could set up maybe an independent get together OR advertise an official panel or whatever that has been approved by such Convention/event. It would also help Bronies maybe get to know others that are in the area, probably make new friends, etc. Of course, the creep factor can be there, so I dunno... might not be SUCH a good idea... But hopefully the "Love and Tolerance" factor can keep some people from being that way... I 'unno... Man, this post of mine is so Passive... Gotta stop being meek. xD
  5. But Fennekin is so much cuter and awesome looking than Froakie... I mean, it's your opinion. You're allowed it... but the character design of Fennekin just seems to have so much wide appeal put into... How can anyone NOT like it...!?
  6. -Looks at the post and squints at it really hard- ... Are... are you joking...? Everything... EXCEPT Fennekin... looks awesome...? Bro, you must be on something strong, cause that was nuts.
  7. SBB64, are you with me when thinking that last gen, the Pokemon Druddigon should have been the Dragon/Fighting type you're looking for? It just looks like a Brawler, plus it does know quite a few Fighting type moves and can learn plenty more. I really think Game Freak dropped the ball on that. It's mainly why I'm interested in the Volt Black/Blaze White hacks...
  8. Hey, everypony! The names for the two Legendary Pokemon were released just now! The X themed deer/antelope legendary it's called Xerneas while the bird looking Y legendary is called Yveltal.
  9. Actually, I think the theme of the version names is dual in nature. Yes, when speaking of 3D, there's the whole X/Y/Z axis thing going on. But with the Japanese versions of the Pokemon Direct broadcasts, the title art actually shows DNA helix's. I'm guessing the X and Y must also stand for the Chromosomes...
  10. I'm so surprised to hear about the Chespin fans in here. Everywhere else it's Fennekin and some Froakie fans, but it seems that Brony's like the 6th Gen Grass starter best. Huh.
  11. Oh, it's official alright. Stayed up 'til 4 in the morning to be one of the few thousands of people who watched the Pokemon Direct thing live. It's so surreal when these announcements happen. xD As for GF-approved... what do you mean by that?
  12. Yes, this is what I'm most excited about as well. It'll be like going back to the Generation I and II days, when the Internet didn't spoil the fun of having an adventure with your Pokemon! :3
  13. I think Brony is allowed to be used unisexually. Besides, what do most of us do on here when we see a post we like? Brohoof. So I can see that part in the whole Brony thing.
  14. I dunno if I can ever truly be honest with myself... like... Maybe I'm what's described above. Bisexual, but heteroromantic... It's the first time I've heard that word, but it sorta makes sense to me.
  15. Ooh, those 3D ones did have my attention at one point... and if I have Trixie, I think I have to get Twilight as well... and if I have those 2, I might have to splurge on a solid Rarity... More money down the drain... hehe... Nnh. -Hangs head-
