  1. Well there's the leg shaking thing, though sometimes I do that when I'm just cold. If I'm standing up it's usually pacing, but sometimes that's just me thinking or at the very least daydreaming. In the worst, most stressful cases, the nervous tick turns into hair pulling.
  2. Parasol Lady. I always end up trying to make a weather based team eventually and they just always end up being my favorite. Well, that and I really love my rainy days in real life.
  3. Assuming all the needs of the body and mind sleep addresses is covered some other way, then yeah. I'd probably function better in a world without sleep since I have a ton of trouble getting it: the restless thoughts and tomorrow's worries constantly keep me up. Plus I always feel like the day is too short, that I'm always running out of time.
  4. Usually it's just "what time is it" though I'm not sure if it really counts as a thought so much as a routine check. Lately it's been "How can I have this song stuck in my head first thing in the morning?", I didn't even particularly like the song or think it was catchy.
  5. It feels almost silly to be this sad over a pet passing away, especially since it only just now hits me.

I know this is a late reply, but I'm sorry to hear about that, MM. I know what it's like, and I don't think it's silly. Pets can be like best friends. The dog I have now is pretty old, and I know I'm really going to miss her when she's gone.

  6. A little depressed honestly: my dog just passed away this week and my own life has taken a bad turn so to speak and, naturally all the stress cause the hair pulling urges to get stronger. But now that I'm sitting here thinking about it, it's turned into a more numb, lost kind of feel.
  7. Rarely, and I mean really, really rarely.Pretty much the only time I hear the radio is when I'm in the car with my sister and even then, it's only when she's tired of her scratched up CDs. Heck, I think my dad is more up to date on today's latest hip hop, pop and R&B these days.
  8. Generally, I default to the more support oriented classes. Fulfills both my need for the unorthodox and my need to be a team player. So that means healers and medics mostly; generally not as popular, but somebody's got to do it and I actually like being that somebody. I also have a thing for the "heavy armor" kinda look/feel too, so toss in some of the more tanky roles in games too.
  9. I can only really say a favorite fighting game series and that would be BlazBlue.Persona 4 Arena wasn't bad either and I do like Arcana Heart as well. These are the top 3 fighting game series for me.
  10. I forget what the basic rules you linked look like, but I remember that the dungeons master guide they give offers tips and guidelines for creating your own magic items, spells, enemies, etc. The general idea of their guides is that they're just guides for the game and you can tweak any piece of it as you see fit as long as the other players are willing to play along.
  11. Not a crust fan, though I'll still eat it because I don't like to waste food if I can help it. I pretty much always leave it for last when it comes to pizza and then eat it then, almost reluctantly. I still to this day, leave both ends of the sliced loaf of bread for last (which is kind of funny considering that means the other members of my family were skipping the extra crusty slice at the top too).
  12. Just chiming in as a another "it hurts my eyes" post. Makes me chuckle seeing so many. Well, the whole 3d thing is not really that special for me anyway, to be honest.
  13. Pretty sure I picked bulbasaur when I first played; I used to really love grass type back in those days. So yeah, bulbasaur for nostalgia's sake.
  14. One minute you're watching an Animal Crossing parody, the next minute you're looking up the difference between socialism and communism

  15. I'll keep to some of my favorite fighting game themes just for a little more variety Crowded Street (AKA From China with Love) -> from Street Fighter 3 Third Strike https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1MrMzDOIi-o Memory of Tears -> Blazblue Continuum Shift Princess Amagi -> Persona 4 Arena Unfinished Business -> Skullgirls Encore (Let's give a big hand for Big Band!)
  16. Well, if it's really going to be a gaming binge night I'll pick up some stuff to snack on and possible help stay up for the next day. It usually just amounts to chocolate -- donuts, dark chocolate bars, muffins, other stuff like butterfingers etc. -- other times it's salt and vinegar chips or like cheese crackers. Oh and I like my chocolate stuff cold, so I always visit the fridge in the middle of the night. As for stuff to drink, it's usually just water. Sometimes I pick up an energy drink like Monster with the intent to drink it the next day but it never makes it that far...
  17. Or another option would be to just buy a extension cable for your standard stereo headphone cable (3.5mm Male to female etc). It'll get you some extra footage for maybe $5 and some extra wires laying around of course.
  18. I feel like I used to have a of The Legend of Zelda: Oracle of Seasons... but I'm not too sure anymore. I do have a map from Skyrim and a poster of one of the Batman Arkham games even though I never played the Batman games... (and not really a big fan of the superhero themselves, so that was kind of an awkward gift) The LoZ one was the only one I ever hung up though. Not really too into posters I guess.

So tried it out for real this time, on Taywong, I think. Anyway, got to about level 15 or so. The combat is interesting ( and it was kinda funny to see random people fighting each other in town and whatnot), but man, it's so awkward for me. Never been good with keyboard controls. Oh and I also have to say that the gear and items and whatnot really confuse me. Pretty much everything that drops is locked or sealed and you have to get keys from somewhere which I'm guessing is some other rng aspect with something else. You get so little money at the start too. I reach level 15 or so and try to buy some food... but it costs all the coin I have on hand. Crazy. Maybe they made it that way to discourage gold selling bots, but it's a bit of a nuisance still.
  20. I know for me, I usually only watch subs for mainly 2 reasons: 1)the anime is first released to me in subs and I don't want to wait around for a dub to happen. 2) memories of some really awkward dubs, so I kind of stray away from them overall. You just get the off lip sync issue sometimes and it just bugs. Still, I know some dubs are really good. I don't know, I just like hearing things in their original language; just has a natural kinda feel to it I suppose. It's not just for RWBY either, but for anime and even your average chinese kung fu movie.
  21. This reminds me of a story I read where A Starcraft 2 player was issued a visa reserved for internationally known athletes that are coming to the US to compete or something like that. I'm a little iffy about whether they would count as athletes and sports, depending on if you go by common thought of what a sport is, or perhaps classic and maybe strict definitions or if this is another case of language changing things up on us. Edit: Boop, found the story about the visa

I thought about trying it out, but I only messed with the character creator so far (Was thinking Lyn blade dancer). I couldn't really find out too much about the game besides talk about its pvp and combat by extension. Still, I'm wondering if the pve content is there or if the focus is just largely on arena pvp.
  23. I installed the game, like, a month ago or so but only played a few games with bots. The anxiety always kicks in and I chicken out but the game does look like it would be fun to play.
