I only saw parts of it. I mean you get a license to drive, own a gun, and reproduce. This is for the betterment of society because people aren't the brightest crayons in the box. Mandatory birth control is nice too. Seriously. How does one "accidentally" get knocked up? Is that code for "We're stupid, horny, and selfish?" (Does not include rape). I've cosplayed Aerith and Lucrecia before. =) I even was a florist in high school for OJT. I needed to help my family with rent. It wasn't much, but everything helped. I see official art from it, and it just makes me smile. I was in 7th grade when it came out. It's nostalgic for me.

Playing sports is ok. Spending a fortune to patronize someone ELSE playing sports is just fugging stupid. It's a bottom of the barrel fandom that you have to be drunk to enjoy... Also, it gives the players brain damage...! Why don't you just give me the money and I can find a hobo I could pay to play football with. He needs the money more than them. I wish you couldn't reproduce without going through some sort of parenting course before-hand, because damn, parents can be stupid. I still love Final Fantasy 7 and all it's derpy incarnation. Rainbow Dash gives me rage.

Responding to @SCS's questions is a good start. WARNING: There may be unpleasantness in this post. I speak of the happy and the unhappy sides of rescue and pet ownership, so if you're sensitive, you might want to avoid certain parts that are set to a spoiler format. "How did you get started doing this?" Because of Clifford the Cherry-headed Conure with funny feet (splay-legs)... I had a Dusky Conure named Elly*. I got her from Petco. At the time, I wasn't too fluent in the ways of larger birds and the concept of animal adoption. Many people aren't, and actually, that's why I do what I do - I teach people in order to give better lives to both the pets and the pet owners. I've had misc. pets all my life, but never really a social, goofy, that wants to cling to you and give kisses. I had mostly doves, quails, fancy pigeons, budgies (which are actually very smart with cuddle-potential, I was just too young to embrace this fact), and because of this, I wasn't going to get an animal I wasn't going to take care of. Many people don't take to that concept unfortunately (again, why I do what I do). Many people get a pet on impulse, then they loose interest and So Elly got me hooked to the cuteness that was conures. So I wanted one as wallpaper for my work computer. I was linked to petfinder.com. I saw they had conures for adoption. I thought "Who would want to get rid of their conure?" That's when I saw Clifford. He had a heart next to his name, indicating he was a Special Needs pet. My mom's home all the time, so if there was a special need that had to be monitored, she was there to tend to the buddy when I wasn't. I got more information about him from the wildlife center and went to pick him up... or so I thought. I had to fill out thorough, but necessary, paper work. I even needed to have a home inspection. This was very unlike Petco where all I had to do was sign a paper I didn't read. I had a pre-visit with him, and all was well. That's how I learned about proper adoption protocol. This is to make sure animals aren't given to breeders, hoarders, people who smoke excessively, who have anything that could effect their sensitive respiratory systems, kids that want to poke and prod the poor thing, and so on... I had to get him a shorter-yet wider cage, low set bowls and perches, bird toys, and I had a towel I would have to change and clean often to keep his booty and tummy clean. Funny thing: We didn't tell my dad about getting Clifford, but when I finally got cleared, Dad came home, and instead of the usual, "Why did you get that? We don't need it." He smiled, pet his head, and asked "Aw, how you doing little guy?" I had discovered my dad's weakness. He was a bird person. *More about Elly She ended up being adopted by my dad when I moved out because she's madly in love with him and now likes to pinch my finger and do her evil laugh. This sometimes happens when you get younger birds and after age X (depends on the bird) they go all hormonal and prefer one human gender or another - aka stuff pet stores don't make you aware of.

Instigators/Trolls/Cruel Folk: Like the ones who, at the dinner table, upon finding out I'm pro-veganism, proceed to tell me all sorts of animal-related horror stories, as they noisily munch on their animal carcass. Selfish/Greedy People: Who whine about their parents not getting them the latest expensive, popular, something and lament publicly. Get a job and earn it if you want it that bad. Also... rich people, go be generous and help your fellow man, instead of blowing it all on yourself. Celebrities? And $200,000 on a black diamond pedicure makes me ill. Think of all the good you could've done with that money instead of blowing it on your nails...! Attention Whores: If you do positive things and it gets you notoriety, no biggy. If you do negative stuff to get attention, fine. You know what? I'll deny you of what you desire. I will ignore you and hope you go away. Man, what a nice venting session.

"Bring beauty from pain" "The only thing I know for sure, is that I know nothing, for sure" "If you try to please everyone, you'll end up pleasing no one." "If you don't stand up for something, you'll fall for anything" "Everyone's wrong because everyone's right." "You can make a wish or you can make it happen" "Let all that you do be done in love."

If you're happy going about it that way, that's all you then. I'm just saying that not all churches will make you feel like crud. What is true for one is always not true for another.

What's so great about growing up? Is it inevitable?
Skyplume replied to wartorious's topic in General Discussion
I'm 28, moved out of my parents house last year, work full-time at this job for 6 years. Getting married soon. I've been working since I was 16, having to help my dad pay the bills because mom couldn't work. I feel that when I had to start taking care of myself and my folks; typically grown up things, that's when I hit adulthood, and it's felt relatively the same since then. I never did drugs. I never had anything handed to me and I'm grateful for all that I have and I'm proud to have earned it all. I'm almost done paying off my car that I bought new. I'm paying for my college education. It was rough going during high school. Very very rough mentally and physically, but it's made me a stronger and wiser person. I'm genuinely content now and love helping those going through tougher times. I still act like a kid. I watch cartoons, collect toys, act goofy, giggle at inappropriate things. My car is decked-out in plushies and fandom. I have the balance of professionalism while still being a child at heart. I think if people found this ability, the ability to not worry and take things as they come, maybe there would be less people reliant on medication to make them happy. (Medications I used to be on).- 85 replies

Not all churches are what I call "good churches". It takes some time to find the one that meets your belief structure and brings you joy. I attend Calvaryftl.org's church. There's a mix of lulz and reality and they're really into helping the community.

Was raised Catholic then went atheist (which is typical lol), went Wiccan, went Mormon (not a good exp.), and now I'm just a straight up Non-denominational Christian. After years and years of soul-searching and being witness to multiple freak-series-of-events, I can't deny Jesus as my homeboy. I'm content in life which is something of a rarity this days... I even found my soulmate after I previously didn't think they existed. We're getting married in April. I study multiple ways of faith as to keep respectful of each person's beliefs.

The pain thread (aka ways you've hurt yourself)
Skyplume replied to Gone for good's topic in General Discussion
I went to Megacon in Orlando and I broke my foot chasing after my friend's poster that got caught in the wind. We went to Walgreens to look for a brace, and I went to grab some crutches when Friend said, "You don't need crutches, you just sprained it". I proceeded to hobble around the con for 8 hours without said crutches. Upon returning to South FL, I went to a urgent care place, got X-ray, sure enough, it was broken. I still don't let my friend live it down (not in a cruel way, but a lolz-way). That's what best friends do. -
I've wanted to join a forum for awhile now. I couldn't figure out which one, then it dawned on me. Bronies are awesome..!

You want more views? Social media is the way to go. If you don't like using social media, it might be a slow-go until you embrace them. You can put the link on your mlp signature to start... hootsuite.com is a way to manage social media from one spot, but you'll first have to sign up from each respective site. Twitter & FB are the usual useful sites. Tumblr.com is an addicting, image-based, type of blogging community where people post and share posts. Just be sure to enter your tags. I'm an art director/graphic designer/illustrator for a living. If you need help regarding art and promotion, I'm happy to help you in anyway I can. -

That makes me so happy to hear you helped a needy 'keet. The record for most words learned was actually a Budgie! You would think it's a African Grey like the famous Alex. (RIP) I actually met Irene Pepperberg. She signed my birdy-chewed book of "Alex and Me". Disco the budgie on youtube is another example of how cool they can be. They are small, but they have big personalities if one takes the time to bond with them. A.G.s can be mischievous, but again, super smart. If you would like to see my flock, here's my off-site page. It has pictures/videos and some info about them.

I keep going because there are innocent creatures in need of love and caring. I fight to save them as much as I am capable of, even if I get a little overwhelmed at times.

I run a small, companion bird rescue. I hope to maybe inspire others to saddle up and help innocent creatures in need. I'm here to take questions, post stories about what I've done and hope to do in my mission to help birdies in need. So just throwing this first post out there to get rolling.

The tail could use more flow. It looks more on the choppy-side rather than scruffy. The pose is great. Yes to the darkening of the outlines.

It reminds me a little of the one I did for my friend. She gave me her details and I vectored it up. The cutie mark is hers though. <3
