  1. I just can't stop watching this. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3P7qWQ5dBmA
  2. I'm currently 28, and people still take me for being between 20 to 25 years old.
  3. Can you feel it? The Love I am about to steal from you?
  4. From the link I sourced: This evidences that the comics are canon. Also, these discussions indicate there's no reason to exclude the comics from canon apart from the two stories I mentioned (Gym Time and New Recruits). http://forums.avatarspirit.net/index.php?topic=22181.0 http://avatar.wikia.com/wiki/Forum:Are_the_Comics_canon%3F Keep staying in denial if you wish, but the fact remains that the original creators were involved with the comics as well.
  5. The only non-canon chapters in the comics are "Gym Time" and "New Recruits" as they conflict with the canon of the show itself and is classified as a bonus story respectively. Everything else doesn't come into conflict with the show's canon. http://scifi.stackexchange.com/questions/22091/what-printed-materials-from-avatar-the-last-airbender-are-canonical Also, denying the canonicity of The Promise, The Search and The Rift implies you deny everything that lead up to the creation of Republic City. That contradicts your own logic as Republic City exists within the show's canon. The bottom line is: don't deny the canonicity of material you don't like or agree with. As such, Toph vs Bumi did happen.
  6. I prolly said this already but the OMM character select list hints at which characters they'll pair up in the future. I'm calling it now. Jotaro vs Kenshiro (realistically, Jotaro should stomp by Star Platinum speedblitz, time stop and ORA ORA ORA ORA ORA ORA ORA ORA ORA ORA but OMM can make this interesting) Ryu vs Jin Kazama (defo hyped about this seeing as Jin Kazama is my main in Tekken)
  7. The rhino throw was actually in sage mode rather than KCM1, so that wasn't even his strongest form at the time. And his strength feats become far more significant when he achieves Six Paths Sage Mode along with everything else. Also, if you've seen The Last, Naruto's CQC skills are even better than they were in the war arc (although his SPSM isn't as strong due to not having Hagoromo's chakra, but it's stronger than anything else he had before his fight with Kaguya). Either way, the version of Naruto used in OMM would realistically still annihilate current Luffy. His Conqueror's Haki also doesn't hold a candle to Itachi's genjutsu, and Naruto was able to somewhat resist Itachi's regular genjutsu in base form. By scaling, Naruto should even be able to overcome Tsukuyomi as he is now, and Luffy's Haki isn't even close to that. The comics are a collaboration between Gene Yang and Bryke. Therefore, you're wrong. Comics are canon.
  8. Red Oranges, watermelons and pineapples. Those are the best fruits ever.
  9. This is way better than I could have possibly expected.
  10. That's cute. Now give me all your candy!
  11. Just beat him using Dr. Raichi from Dragonball GT (and DB Multiverse).
  12. There's a thing called powerscaling. King Bumi certainly displayed impressive speed among other feats when he literally kicked the fire nation out of Omashu. He and Toph later fought each other to a stalemate. Perhaps you don't know this because you've only watched the show but haven't read any of the comics? Toph has other feats in them as well.
  13. There are some things they do get right. I think it's just interesting to see how badly these guys f*** it up tbh xD
  14. To put things simply, Toph's speed is superhuman at best. Gaara's speed, both physical and technical, are well within the massively hypersonic range. Toph's not gonna get close to Gaara without turning into red goo before even taking a step. Yusuke stomps. Sasuke stomps. Sasuke would also stomp Yusuke by virtue of greater DC. Naruto top-tiers are at least continent level, possibly moon level with Indra's arrow in Sasuke's case. Yusuke is at country level at best.
  15. Even if Superman didn't know any martial arts (he does), he'd still win purely by virtue of being leagues more durable and destructive. Superman 1000, Prime and now even New 52 are all boasting more DC (destructive capacity) ranging between solar system level and galaxy level if not unversal, and same for durability. New 52 Superman, the weakest version of post-crisis superman besides DCAU, crushed a black hole and came back from it like it was nothing. GT Goku, his strongest incarnation, can only go up to large star level, and that's with some effort on his part. All versions of Superman are also at least FTL (Faster Than Light) of not Massively FTL. Goku's best speed is at sub-relativistic at best. Even with Goku's martial arts and presuming Supes is just a brawler, Supes far outclasses him in all stats. So has Goku. Not to mention most cases wherein Supes was beaten was either through some hax his enemy had (which is how Batman beat him) or Supes hadn't tapped further into his potential at that point in time. Goku doesn't have FTL speed feats. The only one who does right now is Beerus, although even he doesn't have any other feats that compare to Supes in terms of DC and durability.
  16. While Goku should lose, I still think their reasoning behind it was complete shit. I've never had a problem with characters using the environment to their advantage unless there was no way for the losing character to lose the way he did. That was the case with Vader. Even tho the outcome was correct, the fact is Doom's armor is just way too OP and the Force (somehow) can't touch it, meaning Vader's greatest weapon was useless. In Batman's case, using the environment is a staple to any of his fights, both in and out of DB because that's just how he fights. Bear in mind that the animation sequence of the fight is merely for show and entertainment tho. It shouldn't reflect on what (SA's opinion of) the outcome is. In Doom's and Batman's cases, the outcomes were correct, and I would say the same for this one. What's more is that in all these cases, the reasonings were also right afaik. The reasoning was bad but Superman winning was the correct outcome.
  17. That's exactly what it means to be lawful good. Blind adherence to the law would fit better in the lawful neutral camp. Striving for a justice system which intends to and does good for the people as a whole is what a lawful good person/character would do. As for myself, I've said it before and I'll say it again, I'm firmly in the neutral good camp. I have respect for laws that are put in place but believe that a justice system is fallible and always needs revision over time as values change with the times. That said, I do believe there is an objective morality for fundamental concepts such that any action done with the intention of harming others is wrong. This differentiates me from the chaotic good camp which has the tendency to not believe in the justice system to begin with. As such, I see the benefits in having a justice system, but all laws must also be questioned and examined carefully as the greater good is always more important to me than a set of rules.
  18. Are they pissed at SA's logic or that Goku lost? If the latter, I agree with you.
  19. Welp, there's your answer.
  20. Who's generally more popular as individual characters or a franchise? Knuckles or DK?
  21. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2bO8TDrkxC4 Red vs Blue is awesome. Even if you never played Halo.
  22. Roosterteeth would be the better idea considering Shane Newville and now apparently Dillon Gu are working there as well. And if anyone is watching season 13 of Red vs Blue, they'd no the quality of the animation skyrocketed lately (which makes me hopeful that RWBY's quality won't diminish without Monty). SMBZ would also benefit from actual VA's rather than text-based speech if that were to happen.
  23. I really liked Megaman vs Samus for two reasons. 1. I've been a Megaman X fan for arguably a longer time than Dragonball, so I have a really soft spot for Rockman and any related character up to MMX5. 2. The ending was most reminiscent of Haloid, and it was made not long after Monty Oum's passing so it really felt like OMM was paying its respects to him like DB did with Samus vs Boba Fett. Me being a hardcore RWBY fan (and now Red vs Blue as well), that was an especially nice touch for me. One other I really enjoyed was Bowser vs Eggman, it being a non-canonical continuation of Super Mario Bros Z which seems to have been discontinued (I wonder if anyone remembers or even knows about that) and it was animated fantastically well. I also really enjoyed Sakuya Izayoi vs Dio Brando because MUDA MUDA MUDA MUDA MUDA MUDA MUDA MUDA MUDA MUDA MUDA MUDA MUDA!!!!!!!!!!!!
