    I'm thinking something like the Twilight (or Sparkle) Magocracy. Since a Magocracy is a nation ruled by a magic user and she is the Element of Magic, I think it may work. Even got a Latin motto cooked up: Sapientia et Magicam (Wisdom and Magic). I may have gotten that wrong though.
