Personally i think third place should have won first. I agree with zoop sadly, the first and second winners were too corporate, and didn't define pony. But never the less, congrats. I bet everyone did amazing jobs and i can't wait to see. Here's my entry. In the spoiler to keep from expanding page space. -

Skygunner made me do this. I was held captive. Somepony help! Friend'SHIP' Day for ponies. I wonder who has the better ship (if it wasn't obvious) ;D Hope the other ponies involved like it. Key Stone - Key Gear - Decisive Act I have no idea what i'm doing when i come up with these weird ideas. ENDED up turning them into iconable thingers.

That definitely looks better with his leg being lifted like that, it makes it look more fluid and gives a lot more personality :3 good work~

Jazz trumpet players tend to wear fedoras, not top hats. (not saying to change it, but don't make it an ordinary one. Like something stylish like a white and black band top hat, instead of the traditional) Or sometimes jazz players wear these thingies, i can't remember the name off the top of my head. They often do sunglasses as well. If there's a female version, some kind of flowy outfitted/dress or a feather boa would fit. Maybe change her mark to some kind of old microphone? Since the females often sang. (In general of the jazz genre, not specifically straight jazz) They could totally even be a small pony jazz group, they already have the best components that way. I like it though! The personality in them is great, i can't wait to see what else you come up with! -

Went for simple but i hope it's good! Nice colors together though, it made it nice to finish up. ;w; i assumed he was just an earth pony? If i'm wrong i don't mind fixing it! I really hope you like! And thank you for posting~

Haha what do you mean shippy? (and also a question on hunter, the cutie mark says it's supposed to have wings, i'm correct if they're pointing downward, it just didn't specify on the info in which direction they were to face with the flower) I'll be giving it a little while before i pick, i just want to make sure if i pick a pony i don't mess up something because i didn't double check!

So i'm wanting a little bit of practice. I'm looking for interesting/fun ponies to draw/color. Think you have a pony? go ahead and post! Must have a some sort of color reference*** I'm asking for this info. [ * Some sort of reference with color, so i can actually color your pony. Pony name~ Any info you want to give me, like personalities or just little things about your pony. Anything you'd think would help me draw you're pony into the amazing character it is.] Bring on teh ponies! the original OC's or just adorable hoof-y things. I'll check them all out and pick at least two of my favorites, if not more depending on how many post. Not giving any examples of my work, because it kind of ruins the surprise! Take a chance, what can it hurt to post! I promise i do know what i'm doing i just want more pony art to work on :3c You'll be glad you posted here! In my opinion, you're sounding higher then before, her voice is kind of soft and a bit lower, the first one did sound more like her, the second was too high up and did a lot sound like pinkie. Rarity, more so, kind of sounds like she's talking through her chest, in a sense. Maybe try bringing your voice down lower and being a small bit more dramatic about your statements, she's sophisticated but in that statement she also kind of has this snooty way about her sentences. I personally think you can pull it off, if you can control you're voice well. They may not be as sophisticated as some of you other Canterlot ponies, (soft pause, she's making a statement) but they are MY BEST friends! And they are WITHOUT A DOUBT the most important ponies I know." (she trails softer down as she says this, as if she's trying to calm herself.) It might help to find the episode and listen to her a bit to try and copy it :3 I really hope this helps.

How Important is Height for a Woman?

To be completely honest, i like guys that are the same size, if not a little taller. I'm 5'3 and the guy i'm with is 5'4 Height really doesn't matter unless the person is really shallow. When you find the right person, nothing will matter, except they want to spend every moment with you, no matter your flaws or perfections. They will want to be with you, because it's you, and they care about you. -
I agree, i like the top as well. There's so much personality and the colors are nice! I especially like her cutie mark! It's very interesting!

If it wasn't dead obvious, i'm pretty new. I'm excited to be here and everyone's already so nice. I hope that i can manage to be a good addition to the pony community. So do you have a pony OC/character? What's their name and what do they like to do. I do, specifically, Toy Soldier. A stallion after the hearts of distressed fillies! He'll do anything to protect them from anything evil or threatening. He loves cupcakes, and tends to sneak them away when people aren't looking. Though he's got a winding key,(being a toy pony of course) it really doesn't power him. What powers him is the kindness he receives from helping everypony in need. Hah..i hope that isn't lame. Tell me about your ponies!

Very nice :3 the extra dark lining around the glow of her hair really makes it pop and composition wise it's very, very nice. If you do more, please share it with us!
