G1 Derpy FTW

I was bored and I had this sketch of Fluttershy laying around for quite some time now and I finally felt like finishing it even though it may have came out weird nevertheless I still love her...

Its all good i'm done with drawing OC anyways I'm just gonna stick with MLP crossovers they are a bit more enjoyable or I might draw ponies getting massacred my zombies...

I was thinking of different Mane designs and just borrowed Sweetie Belle's "Wet" Mane design, Its absolutely gorgeous! (Shhhh, Don't tell anyone)

She is still a Puppet Master and I drew a crude reenactment  of the Episode "May the Best Pet Win!" I really need to practice drawing Ponies in flight better...

Hmmm, I never noticed the letter in her hand I always thought she was carrying a lunch tray or something. Wonder who It could of been from? possibly an invite to the dance? and the blushing makes it beyond adorable 

Oh my god that guy all the way to the right looks like Brawly from Pokemon. The resemblance is uncanny. Like seriously look at him. Look at him.

That is quite interesting I'm not into Pokemon that much but they even got the same clothes on almost and they share similar color schemes!!

I know this has been exhausted and worn out by now but there is a better scene of Derpy hiding in the very back of the Cafeteria during the song Helping Twily Win Her Crown!! Most people think she just walks by in the corner of the screen but she is in plain sight in this scene!!

I think Cheerilee and the whole school aspect runs deeper than we perceive there was probably a time where there never was a school in Ponyville to begin with and Ponies were just thrown into the world with no guidance or help causing a lot of introspective turmoil and confusion as to what there purposes in life were. The only pony who apparently saw the damage that was happening to these depressed fillies was Cheerilee you could even go as far to say that she helped some of her close friends realize there talents which gave her the incentive to help all the fillies, but of course not all the fillies comprehend this crucial aspect such as this famous quote and no pun intended "You can lead a horse to water (but you can't make it drink)."

Which explains the Cutie Mark Crusaders there has been plenty of foreshadowing as to what there special talents are but they have been blinded and corrupted by Diamond Tiara & Silver Spoon's(DT&SS) constant harassment to the point were they have lost the connection of what it TRULY means to have a Cutie Mark, its not something that you flaunt and parade through the town with making everypony feel inferior to you, NO!

Taking a step back to Cheerilee yes you could say she is a teacher but I think she is a Motivational Speaker cleverly disguised as a school teacher (to make a better connection with younger audiences.) I only say this because there hasn't been any instances where they are doing school work no mention of homework from Applejack nor Rarity but of course just cuz we cant see it means we cant say it doesn't exists!! back on track she can only do so much to drive the fillies in the right direction but the fillies themselves are the only key to unlocking and finding there talents resulting in a Cutie Mark!!

For instance Twist and Applebloom they both got bullied by DT&SS yes? Applebloom let it get the best of her as for Twist just simply just brushed it off not letting it interfere with her in the end who got there Cutie Mark first? Twist because she stayed positive, kept a smile, and kept moving through thick and thin!! My point being is Cheerilee uses Motivational Speaking to encourage them to seek out there special talents and the school is represented in a different way yes they go there to learn but they learn in a completely different way than what humans are use to, if they cant understand what it means to have a Cutie Mark maybe they don't deserve one...?

Yea i'd say it is rather uncanny that this keeps happening an all... I guess its nice to know that I'm not as insane as I think I am

If your really interested to know what she will look like when all said and done I will give a hint "I wanna a FLUGELHORN!!!"

One thing I should mention is I am aware of Discord and the fact that he is frequently shown manipulating the Ponies like puppets I am not stealing this idea nor did it inspire me to draw this!! Don't get any ideas... 

I most likely will make her evil it will make some interesting outcomes one things for sure I need to come up with a better Mane style cuz at the moment I kinda borrowed Fluttershy's Mane design and that's NO GOOD!!

A real good question is are they actually puppets? Apple Belle & Sweetie Bloom!!

Now that you mention it making it look vaguely like Madame Pinkie Pie would be rather funny and could possibly fit with the whole Pinkamena thing what ever that is...

She is evil,right?

Well when I posted my last OC someone brought up the fact that they were glad I didn't make her evil so I'm currently contemplating on if I should or not. It would certainly make her backstory really easy to come up with...

I thought more people would of got a kick out of the Applebloom and Sweetie Belle puppets but now I kinda get the feeling it gives her a creepy/voodoo doll type vibe!! 

I was thinking of ideas for a new OC and might have came up with something neat but I need YOUR thoughts!!(She is still in development)

Her name is Marrian Ne'tt (Neigh) its a pun on the word Marionette - A puppet on string use for entertainment and other purposes.

Her special talent is the fact that she is a Puppet Master or "Manipulator"

Her appearance may change nothing is official!!

I'm still thinking of a Cutie Mark I had one but remembered there are no hands in Equestria...   and also I should note I accidentally gave her a Derp face... my bad

Thank man!! For some reason I always like the way it looks during the structural stage but then when it comes down to actually finishing/outlining the pony I don't feel like doing it. Either way I am surprisingly am good at it...

Lets just say my first drawing was a tutorial the second one is what I originally wanted it to look like it came out pretty damn good... although the faces gave me a hard time.

Rainbow Dash's ear kinda blocked her left hind leg so it may look weird. As for her behind I don't really know what it should look like in a flying position so I tried to cover it with her tail but I guess it didn't work. Haha

I know what you mean I think its the bottom of her arm is what's throwing it all off. Making Scoots as happy as she can be was top priority! I just hope some day she wont need RD's help maybe she could get lessons at the same time as Twilight Sparkle does...

Thank you I'm glad at least some pony likes it! The hooves were some what the easiest part it was trying to get depth in the body, that was the real struggle.

This one is interesting no doubt...

                                                      A bit of some back story, As much as I don't like Rainbow Dash I guess her only redeeming quality is the fact that she agreed to be Scootaloo's like "big sister" or something. That doesn't change my opinion about her though, I just adore Scootaloo that's all.

At first I had to get a feel for Rainbow Dash in flight because I have only been drawing Earth and occasionally Unicorn type Ponies and this is my first attempt at a Pegasus so I sloppily drew an over head view of her. Oh and also I sketched an eye and it reminds me of Pinkie Pie which creeps me out...   It's always watching!!!

This crude sketch of Derpy was the predecessor and inspiration for the main piece.

You can see the similarities of Scoots and Derpy...

I wanted to draw them together but it was tough getting the right perspective of them flying. The manes may look odd but I tried to portray them as if they were hurdling through the sky after all Rainbow Dash can break the sound barrier! This was my best take on it. (And yes I know I forgot RD's Cutie Mark I will update if need be!)

That makes perfect sense! Fluttershy was the hardest one to draw due to the fact that her Filly design is completely different from the others so I had to wing it and have you seen Rainbow Dash fly?! She is the Epitome of contortionist not to mention she should have had a bandage on like Big Mac after Fluttershy stomped the shit out of her in the beginning of Dragon Quest!!

I know what you mean you can really see it with Twilight Sparkle's head I don't know what happened it looked good at the moment while I was sketching it I guess I just got annoyed and started to rush some of them but overall Thank You!
