  1. I'm slightly upset, but not at Hasbro, but at the people who complained. Because it was them, not Hasbro who caused the Derpy censorship. Like I posted in a different thread about the Derpy controversy, I don't find Derpy offensive at all. I showed a few clips of Derpy to a friend of mine at school who has a mental disability, and she didn't find them offensive at all. Actually, she liked it and wanted to watch the show. In my opinion, even if Derpy was a little offensive she should've been kept the way she was. Getting made fun of is how life is. You're not going to be liked and accepted by everyone and many kids still need to learn that. I'm bullied everyday for liking ponies, Harry Potter, and being "ugly". But, I learned not to care. Many kids can't handle it and they need to learn how. Well, at least we still have our fanart and other material to keep Derpy Hooves in our hearts. It was good that we had her for a little while and Derpy being canon was a nice treat. I'm sure the writers and animators will have many more exciting things planned for the show, but we will never forget our beloved Derpy.
  2. I consider myself straight, but this is what I scored... 60% heterosexuality 21% homosexuality and 47% asexuality.
  3. NUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUU-
  4. I'm a girl and I'm only 13 so it wasn't that bad. My mom walked in on me watching the show one Saturday morning and she asked what it was. She still thought it was a little strange but when I told her about the community and how great I thought the show was she really didn't mind. My parents playfully tease me about it, but otherwise they don't really care.
  5. If you haven't heard already the next episode of MLP is scheduled to air March 3rd, two weeks from the last episode. So this weekend, since you won't be watching Fluttershy be assertive, what will you be doing? I really should be catching up on my homework but instead I think I'll be taking time to finish reading the Harry Potter books (for the fourth time).
  6. Oh god, I thought I was the only young one. *sigh of relief*
  7. I feel like I would fit the element of laughter best. Do I really need to explain this one? If I were a pony I would probably be an exact copy of Pinkie Pie
  8. Hi there! Welcome to the herd.
  9. No thank god. Have you ever been caught doing something really strange? (For me it was my mom catching me singing about making poptarts as I was doing it xD)
  10. Yes, but it was a drink. Have you ever met a celebrity?
  11. It's amazing to me how there are more guys to girls xD
  12. Sports? You mean like dance? xD anyway, I only watch it for the commercials. Football is confusing to me.
  13. Me and my best friend are gonna go see The Woman in Black and fangirl about DanRad :D fun fun fun

  14. I'm a noob when it comes to forums too, don't worry
  15. Welcome to the herd! I'm sure you'll make some new friends who are also in the fandom Yay, another pegasister! *Goes to your profile* YOU LOVE HARRY POTTER TOO? Finally another potterhead, I claim you as mine.
  16. I love Pinkie. I can relate to her so much. She reminds me of myself in so many ways. We both love to laugh and find it hard to take things seriously.
  17. Ugh, I'm so young, and I feel like I'm one of the only pegasisters. But what the hay... My golden snitch is photobombing http://mlpforums.com/public/style_emoticons/default/dry.png
  18. I thought I was the only one xD I'm also thirteen.
  19. In my opinion, I don't see how mentally challenged people could be offended by Derpy or her name. The word retard means to slow, or slow, not stupid. ANYONE can derp, not only people with mental disabilities. I showed the Derpy scene to a friend of mine in school who has a mental disability, and told her about Derpy's name. She didn't find it offensive at all, even after I told her about the controversy and what "derp" really means. In fact, she loved it and wanted to start watching the show.
