Because your Steam ID is a Google search URL. Change it to your Steam username.
Also, your Youtube URL is the youtube URL, change it to your channel name

On the top menu, select your username and go to your profile. There on your profile will be your existing profile image, hover over it and it will reveal "Change", when you press the "change" link it will allow you to: upload, import or select one from your Gravatar account.
