  1. The problem is peace for who and in what way?

The only way for there to b complete 'peace' in this world is by forcing everyone in the world to follow the same rules. It would be by the removal of freedom and choice that there would be no war or conflict, for everyone to be in perfect agreement at all times.

It's really too ideal. I must say. I agree though, peace is a perceptionous thing.

  2. Ultimately I think the first reason is so they don't have anyone making troll accounts so they can start ruining someone's RPs if they aren't invited. I mean it's common courtesy to not barge in especially if you're a noobie on forums in general. You might wander in there by accident and post something silly. It's just really a good chance to familiarize yourself with the layout and how everything works before you build youself up for the other things available here. Such as RPs and the discussion pit.

    I hope this helped!

  3. It's an original character as stated before. Although, it's nothing truly terrible as some have just expressed. It's really a character someone makes in relevance to the show. These basics serve well for people who like to to write and participate in roleplays or make fanfictions. I myself, don't find it well as a hobby since it doesn't interest me, but they're others who are greatly involved in writing for their OCs in fanfiction or roleplay.

In conclusion, it's generally a writing hobby.

  4. I had stood up for one of my friends that were being tormented by some guy that thought he was tough, and funny for making fun out of someone. The bully was making fun of my friend for his interest in Japanese culture, (anime).

Now, you have to understand my group of friends are sort of the nerdy/geeky bunch that love learning, and video games.  I couldn't let this bullying pass, because it would only fuel his ego. If he wasn't stopped earlier, it could've been a more intense situation, if my friend had snapped on him or any physical bullying were to happen.

I felt pretty bold insulting him with logic, even though his head seemed to be as hard as a cement wall. I continued and threatened to call the teacher. He may have called me a tattle tale, except it doesn't bother me knowing that I had protected my friend.

I didn't need a teacher's help, but I mean it does scare some people sometimes, especially if you're serious about it.

  5. Firstly, typing is the most convenient way to send messages nowadays, considering no one really focuses on handing printed assignments anymore. If I were to send in an English essay hand printed... I think I'd get a bunch of weird looks.

The feeling of handwriting can be quite nice, but I have to agree that I love typing. That's only because my handwriting is barely readable though. XD

  6. As well intended as I am sure that was I just don't see the point, I really don't see how one post even a positive one will really change any of their minds. There have been some haters who have changed their minds that much is true but it is they themselves who have decided to change, it wasn't anyone else who really lead them to such a decision.

I might not have the ability to change people, but it might influence some others who acted on an angry impulse and re-consider not to spread the fire. Which was one of the other reasons I posted my message here. So other people can conclude that they don't need to go against people who hate on us. We don't need to retaliate to people who are ignorant by nature. We won't solve anything like that and make bad examples of ourselves to complain and start arguing on a Facebook page. I mean it's immature.

  7. I think Pikachu would be a good mention. He's like one of the most iconic characters in Nintendo. Aside from Mario which is also a good representative of being a memorable character in a video game. Pokemon is huge in Japan, and is getting bigger in North America.

He's the only Pokemon that still stays along Ash in the show too. Pikachu is definitely memorable for it's cute appearance, and loyalty.

I would of said Link from the Legend of Zelda, but some people think Link's name is Zelda.... >_>

  8. What really makes me nervous is doing presentations. I'm not really confident when it comes to that stuff. I just feel so surrounded by people who either are paying respect and watching my presentation or the people with wandering eyes or doing other miscellaneous things.

Whenever that happens it shoots my confidence lower for not being a great speaker. Then, I have difficulty picking myself up. I question myself, "Was my presentation not interesting enough to capture the attention of my peers?" I know the content within my presentations are great from my grades, but I still get nervous doing them.

  9. Honestly, I think the cop went overboard. I think they could of communicated with the guy better and have asked him to restrain his dog. I mean the guy who got arrested willfully went with the cops without any trouble.

So, his window was down and his dog jumped out. These are one of the few small things we don't really think could happen during that last moment, but it did. It's terrible that the dog died and all. Goes to show you that dogs are loyal to the bone.

  10. Actually they knew it threatened their health.

It all started in the military where the only times you could get a break is if you had smoke breaks(which I found kind of stupid, but oh well). Then, it spread into hollywood where hollywood advertised smoking through their movies(getting paid big bucks as they say). After that, kids stupidly began thinking it would make them look badass because it is done in the movies with cool stuff happening. And then, they began advertising it as people beginning to think women would find them more attractive(which is ironic because it can ruin your looks completely).

I'm completely aware of what people did with cigarrettes in the past no offense, but the general public didn't see the long-term effects sometime in the 1960s. These didn't even become facts until awhile after it was made public by a surgeon who had theroized that smoking was harmful to your health, and it was later proven that his theory was correct . If it was known before then, it wasn't common knowledge to average citizens. It had maybe confiential medical knowledge to doctors. Even when doctors came across someone with lung cancer, or any other smoking related disease(s) it was diagnosed as a rare medical condition. It was only later years where they did discover that long-term smoking had caused these previous "rare" disease(s).

We're mostly up to date with smoking and how it can affect our health. So, I think we can live much better knowing what smoking can do.

  11. Nowadays, not a lot of people would consider smoking because cigarette companies can't advertise as much anymore. That, and the biggest thing would have to be the health facts behind long term smoking. Then, the stuff they educate you in health class... yellow teeth, bad breath, ect.

If smoking didn't have any health problems I probably would consider it. I mean that's why so many people smoked before, because they didn't think it threatened their health.

  12. I think a lot of people are concerned about their emotions. Where they worry about their emotions controlling how they might wrongfully act in a situation. If there wasn't any emotion, none of us would be able to understand each other, leading to direct conflict and turning our backs on one another.

Where a weakness lies, it may be used as a strength, you harden your own struggles you become more capable of controlling things to your liking, avoiding common conflicts by experience. Even with undergoing hardships whatever doesn't kill you, makes you stronger.

Now, my weakness.... I guess when times turn to the Spring/Summer season I get a little sniffly from all the pollen. X)

  13.

I don't know we can't just all get along and just enjoy instead of criticize...

There's too much thought surrounding the idea of hate. I think we all need to step out of that bubble and stop thinking about it, It's not going to solve how other people think. Especially, if they're arrogant.

  14. The fandom doesn't need to obey these rules. We have our bad people and our typical good people within the world that populate it. It's no one's job to be polite or mean. It's simply their personality and they act on their own emotions that make them. There are times where you need to be aggressive, to some people to have things happen. Some people don't have the mentality to understand when these situations come to play. I choose to be polite because I believe that's what's right.

  15. It's depressing that you are leaving your rank to join us, your fellow commoners. I really wish I could have talked to you a little more Key Gear. You're a great person, and I may I add a great ex-admin. Even during the beginning of my arrival, you had greeted me so kindly. I felt welcomed to the forum right away.

There's no need to feel selfish, as you should always take care of yourself first or you'll get seriously sick. Having taking such a role as admin and another job at the same time is more than just hard work. It is dedication, responsibility, and difficult. I'm honored I was acknowledged by you. You are a great person, and I loved your cackling laughs in Marco's livestream's, hilarious! You are truly an embodiment of Pinkie Pie for sure.

As an adios. I give you best wishes and hope the future brings great promise for you Key Gear, friend.

  16. I'm an average person that wouldn't be defined popular by others. I'll only seek friends with similar interests. I'm not the joker to impress the group of kids that sit on top of your hierarchy of popular kids crap.

It would be customary to have wanted a large group of friends and there's nothing wrong with that. I would rather a group of close friends that like to hang out with each other. Too big of a group of friends is irritating to me. Everyone starts acting stupid to impress one another or make fun of someone to make a joke. I think smaller groups of friends are better in that case. Where we can still bound ourselves to having intelligent conversations  and having fun without doing something reckless.

It's universal that there's a typical popularity chart that defines everyone's social status in high school. That's still dated back when you had your peasants, villagers, scholars, knights, and royals in your Renaissance era. Yeah, it can still date even farther back, but that's a pretty good example. I just think it's still stupid that we judge each other for hobbies and interests. Then the strong pick on the weak in large numbers. It's really pathetic, but I firmly believe if people acted on who they truly are good things will come their way. It's better than making a fool of yourself for some "cool" kid.

  17. The second season was my favorite. I couldn't ask for anything more. The two antagonists were great additions in the premier and finale, and I loved the whole thing. Season 2 was probably the best. I think Return of Harmony has been the best opener so far. and the finale was good, but I still preferred the Gala one more so.

  18. I think you just spoke my mind haha. This ecspecially All you need is a bit of imagination and work to have fun anywhere. <- So true!

I truly think people who be rather pathetic if they were sent back in time. Exposed only to the times where writing, music and art strive. It wouldn't be all so bad if they adapted to it and came back enjoying it. Some people just need exposure so, they can grab the great things that can come out to have some fun!

    You can only limit yourself.
