Now, thats a very good point. *puts bubble pipe in mouth* She looked scared. All her life she's spent looking up to this alicorn who taught her, acknowledging that she, herself, could never become like her. In the season 2 finale, she looks at Princess Cadence and says something along the lines of "I'll never be like you/you're more important than me" (I can't remember the exact line). So I think, in the end, she was surprised, and very ecstatic once all the shock started to fade. -
Because of course Batman has to be the end all be all. (Remember the other heroes, people!)

I found that Chrysalis had some good character development in the My Little Pony comic book. Thew first 5 issues was a very well written story ark about her returning and making the mane 6 turn against each other. So even if you don't care, I recommend you check it out. It's on iTunes and Kindle and whatnot if you don't have a comic shop near you. -

Since I just recently joined, I thought I'd jump in around the most recent episode. I thought this episode was the BEST season finale this show has ever had. Some of my friends think that there are too many songs, which I don't mind. The songs are good and overall fun. The whole episode in itself is the kind of episode I could watch over and over again without getting tired of it. -

I must agree with much of this. I found that they overdid Rainbow's character a bit too much. Like, they took her character, and multiplied the summary by 20. Anyhow, I was loving the episode up until the end... -
